Customer service employees . I was treated poorly, On 01/22. My hubby and I had a $100 bill, employee insisted our money was fake. We just left bank. I called in my order (mind you I work at a place that orders from this location almost daily) I ordered a Club LULU Toasted with oregano, oil & vinegar, Crispy fried onions. When I got the sandwich there was no TURKEY, or Crispy fried onions. I called the location and told them they sent me a sandwich with no meat and no fried onions, it had regular onions. The guy apologized and told me he would re make it for me himself. About 5 min later he calls me back tells me he reviewed the footage and the girl who made my sandwich put 2 sliced of turkey and the fried onions (Which even if they did put 2 slices on it 2 SLICES ON AND 8 INCH SANDWICH A RIDICULOUSLY SMALL AMOUNT)...So I'm not sure if I got delivered the wrong sandwich or if he was just telling a lie. Because there was NO TURKEY...only bacon, cheese, lettuce, raw onions, oregano, and oil & vinegar. So basically, they weren't going to remake the sandwich for me the right way. I've rarely had a problem in the past ordering from this location, but I will say this, I WON'T BE ORDERING Again. Their unwillingness to correct a problem and basically call me liar in not so many words in unacceptable. I don't know who they have working there now, because that place use to be good. I work in customer service at a luxury dealership, and this is not how issues are solved and customers are retained. This is the second time they make my order wrong, the last time I did not bother calling them, because at least it was the correct sandwich, WITH MEAT, it just didn't have the add Ons I requested. Jimmy Johns is a sub chain known for being ridiculously fast to make your food. The menu offers a little something for everyone. I don't believe there are any hot subs offered. I enjoy the turkey & cheese slim however I wish they offered yellow mustard as a condiment option. Luckily, they do offer packets of Yellow mustard if you are willing to deal with tearing open a bunch of them. This new location opened on the north side of US1 & Hibiscus near the post office. This JJ location also offers a drive-thru which is nice should you not have the time to park & go inside. The interior of the restaurant has multiple regular tables & a few high tops. First time ever at a Jimmy Johns and I must say it was pretty darn good, ordered the #16 which is the Turkey Bacon sub made to perfection. Rated 3 stars because of the service, As soon as I walked in, there was an employee at the drive thru window, then proceeded to answer the phones, approximately 4 minutes later I was finally acknowledged by an employee coming out of the restroom, once my order was placed it took an additional 10 minutes to FINALLY get my sub, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. Hands down the best Jimmy John's in the area, the best sandwiches in town! Ingredients are always fresh and customer service is AMAZING. Wade and Anthony are always on the ball and ready to take on any order, regardless of size. This location has catered family events but also for school events like Teacher Appreciation. We waiting in the driver thru for about 10mins for their "freaky fast service". Then we get home and my sandwich is missing everything. There is 1 slice of ham, 2 pieces of bacon, and a slice of cheese. So much mayo I could lube rusty hinges. We waited 10 mins for them to lube my sandwich and forget to fill it. read more

I usually love the Little John tuna sandwich. Today's sandwich was disappointing. It was essentially a bun with a little bit of tuna. The amount of tuna was about a third of what they typically put on. Not happy. read more

Disclaimer: This review was written on an extremely empty stomach. Very disappointed with the service received from this store. I ordered a sandwich online. 30 minutes later and the order tracker still says "received", so I call the restaurant and was told the sandwich was there. I get handed to another person who tells me the driver isn't there and she will call me back if it is going to take longer than 15 minutes to come. So after 15 minutes of hungry waiting, I call back, she then tells me it's out for delivery. I foolishly believe this and my stomach accepts it's going to be a late soggy sandwich. After another 30 minutes, a total 1 hour and 15 minutes, there is still no sandwich in sight. I call back to the restaurant and am told that the driver might have gotten lost but she doesn't know. No offer to make it right, no offer to fix it. At this point I realized that the management of this Jimmy Johns is severely lacking as compared to the high standards I'm used to. I will now seriously reconsider ever spending another dime at the Palmetto Bay Jimmy Johns. Just less than ideal, that's the only way to feel right now. I was looking forward to spending national sandwich day (nov.3) with a sub from Jimmy John's with my boyfriend and arrive at 9:50 pm. There's a car INFRONT of the door and a lady standing outside so I assumed the inside was closed. I go to the drive through and no one answers me for 3 minutes..the people at the door even pull up behind me. I decide to drive up to the window to see if there was anyone inside and there's 4 employees standing there chit chatting. One of them decide to open the window and tell me they're closed. I didn't expect for them to close 10 minutes before the actual closing time. HORRIBLE PLACE TO COME GET FOOD. Clearly this store doesn't want to make money and feed the people that are willing to pay. I recommend do not come here if you want dinner. A bunch of kids working and NO CONSIDERATION. I've been ordering delivery via their website from this location for a couple of years. Food quality is usually fine compared to other locations, but delivery time has gotten a lot slower in the last few months. Shouldn't advertise "freaky fast delivery" if it doesn't leave the store for 30-60 minutes. read more

FUCK THIS PLACE. I reiterated 3 TIMES NO CHEESE, I am allergic. Yet they buried cheese in my lettuce wrap that wasn't in plain sight. I had no idea until I started profusely vomiting after eating a quarter of it and then tearing the wrap apart.
