Today I had the opportunity to stop by the Boulangerie to enjoy their delicious empanadas. As always, the place is spotless, full of life, and offers wonderful service, you're greeted with a smile the moment you walk in. Everything is fresh and made in-house, which truly makes a difference. My personal favorite is the beef empanada, but I've also come here for breakfast on other occasions, and it's absolutely delicious. A great spot to visit as well on December 25th and January 1st, since they'll be open definitely worth stopping by and giving it a try!

Come here for the croissants. Everything else is just OK. Croissants are most definitely the speciality. Service is solid. Ambiance is causal and brunch-centric.

The restaurant has potential, but my experience didn't quite live up to the expectations. The food was decent, but I found it a bit overpriced... $18 for a croissant felt a little excessive. I also ordered a latte with oat milk but was served one with whole milk instead. The latte itself was too heavy on the milk, so the coffee flavor was hard to enjoy. Overall, while the ambiance was okay, I think the prices could be improved to match the food. It's not a bad place, but I don't think it's one I'll revisit soon.

came to have a late breakfast at la boulangerie and it hit the spot exactly how i needed it to! i got the nutccino with an extra shot of espresso and almond milk and it was so delicious and creamy. the prosciutto avocado toast is the bessttt avocado toast i have ever had. something about the avocados really pair well with the proscuitto and the mozzarella is the cherry on top! the dulccino comes with a little treat to dip into your coffee and it was delicious!! everything was a 10/10! i'm also going to go order the pistachio croissant to go now

The chocolate croissants were amazing! We were in on a busy Saturday morning and service was quick and pleasant.

Delicious food, I had the egg croissant sandwich. The server was slow to come to the table (8-10 min) , but he was kind. The space is open, lots of seating.

I really want to love this place because it's a) close to my home b) a cute concept and c)the food sounds so good on the menu. But somehow nothing I've ever eaten here has blown me away. In all fairness, I'm more of a healthy eater and I assume that the richer dishes are probably tastier. They have all sorts of breakfast and brunch dishes and good coffee too. Service was really good and the place is kid-friendly

When you walk in, there is no one there to greet you, seat you, or let you know you can choose where to sit. It's uncomfortable. Our server could not speak English, brought my husband a soda but I had to ask a second time just for water, after a long wait to see the server again. My husband's lasagna was delicious, but even though he asked multiple times for butter for the bread, the server couldn't seem to bring it to the table. I ordered a salad with beets and goat cheese, usually a favorite dish of mine, and it was just awful. They tried very hard to make it unusual, and they succeeded in the most unfortunate way. It was alarming to look at, and harder to eat. I left most of it on the plate. We had to go to the pastry counter to get our check so we could pay and leave. They were too busy, and didn't have sufficient staff to take care of all the tables. We also bought some apple croissants to take home, and they were disappointing. My husband said he gets better pastry at Walmart! Just not a good experience all the way around. Sorry that we even tried this place.

When we walked in, about four employees stared at us while we were visibly confused about whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Nobody greeted us or explained the process, so I eventually walked toward the back near the kitchen and asked, "Hi, do we seat ourselves or wait to be seated?" The response I got was simply, "Yes." ...Yes what? I had to ask again before being told we could seat ourselves, but that the kitchen would be closing in 30 minutes. Totally understandable, and we reassured them we only needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. Once seated, our server again reminded us the kitchen was closing soon, which felt a little rushed considering we were ready to order almost immediately. Then when asking whether the breakfast sandwich or the truffle egg bun was better, the response was, "I fu*k with the breakfast sandwich." Honestly, it caught me off guard a bit. The overall service throughout felt awkward, rushed, and not very polished or welcoming. We decided to go with the breakfast sandwich, and then he asked if we wanted a side salad or potatoes. We said potatoes, and also asked if the sandwich could be cut in half. He responded, "The potatoes in half?" We clarified, "No, the sandwich." Then he replied, "Ok... what side would you like?" ...The potatoes Thankfully, the food completely turned things around. We split the breakfast sandwich and it was genuinely delicious. The lattes had a much richer coffee flavor than most cafés, and the pancakes tasted homemade and fresh. For about $50 total, I left satisfied with both the quality and portion sizes. Overall: great food and drinks, but the staff interactions and overall hospitality felt oddly uncomfortable from start to finish. If the service matched the quality of the food, this place would easily be a standout.

From baked goods to breads to even some savory treats, you want to check this gem out! The baked goods are a total evolution of the craft. When I asked if it could be fixed, the employee said she would call the manager and get back to me. About an hour later, I received a call saying the manager had decided they could not fix the cake. I was told I could either take it as is or leave it and receive only a 50% refund. There was no apology--just a very matter-of-fact "take it or leave it" response. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not available. I then called the Wynwood location multiple times before someone finally answered. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was busy but would call me back. She never did. When I called again, I was told the Wynwood and Sunset locations were separate, but that the manager would reach out to the Sunset manager and have her call me. Again, no one followed up. On Sunday, I called again and was told the kitchen was closed and that my only options were still to pick up the cake or leave it and receive 50% back--even though the cake was never corrected. The manager refused to speak with me directly. I ultimately picked up the cake, and not only was the color still wrong, but the cake itself was terrible in flavor. It was honestly one of the worst cakes I've ever had. The biggest disappointment, however, was the consistently poor customer service--from both the managers and the staff. As a small business, they need to do better. All that was needed was a sincere apology and a reasonable solution, such as a small discount for the inconvenience since their kitchen was closed. Instead, the entire experience was mishandled from start to finish. I don't mind paying premium prices when the product and service are worth it, but this experience failed on every level.
