Delicious pizza, friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere. Love this place and will be back!

After a long day at work it's great to stop by for food and alcohol all in one place. It's a nice clean place with friendly staff. But. This is the most flavorless food you will ever eat... My Philly sub was a wet flavorless mess, with hot lettuce. Gross... This is the second time in a row this place has been a disappointment. I ordered pizza and chicken wings from New Concord Crenos. they are always quick with delivery and are very polite. I always spend a lot of money there. I like them. this time I ordered traditional wings with mild hot sauce on the side. when I got them it was very messy. hot sauce poured all over the wings and some in a container on the side. it was very messy. when sauce is ordered on the side, it is not wanted over the wings. they need to know this. it has not happened before. they may have been new. They take a little longer on their delivery due to the amount of people ordering delivery but I'm not ever a picky person about these kinds of things because I worked in a restaurant for 7 years. The pizza is absolutely amazing, and the breadsticks are awesome!! If you call ahead for pick up they have the food done when you get there but delivery does sometimes take a little while. read more

3.5 stars Decent food for delivery. The food here was not bad. The cheese steak sub was good, but a bit dry. The meatball sub was decent. I would have liked more sauce. The garden salad was fine and exactly as described in the menu. It was big enough for three of us to share as a side. The small deluxe pizza was bigger than I expected. There were plenty of toppings. I would have liked a little more sauce. Menu items were a bit more pricey than expected, but there was an online coupon that brought the price down a few dollars. read more

Personally my favorite pizza place. I've never had a bad experience dealing with any of the workers. It's very welcoming, the dining area is very nice and always clean. Delivery can take a little longer at times due to all of New Concord ordering here but they make sure to let you know if it's going to take awhile. read more

Creno's Pizza New Concord is the bomb! Good people, good service, & great pizza & Subs!

I'm a student at Muskingum University and honestly, New Concord doesn't have a whole lot to offer in terms of food. We've got a subway, Circle K, Riesbeck's Grocery Store, a diner, and three different locally owned pizza places- including Creno's. While it could certainly be fancier and... yeah, they could definitely clean up a bit better, the food is really good. I really love their delivery service. It's fast (within 20 minutes, usually) and their prices are awesome. 8$ for a big box of cheesy breadsticks. And they don't charge extra for sauce. Plus, their drivers can read a map- a definite plus. read more

We were coming from a Doctor visit and we were starving. My Husband said that his brother gets pizzas from the one in Cambridge Ohio and they really like them. So we decided to try the one in New Concord. The girl that took our order was very nice, and since we wanted something to munch on, while we were waiting for our pizzas, we got the cheesy garlic bread. You have got to try this it is out of this world. Shortly after digging in those our pizzas came, one thin crust and one thick. We LOVED the sauce, and everything about the pizzas. Plus we had plenty to take home, to munch on later. Tomorrow, we're trying the one in Cambridge. read more

Ordered by phone was told 20 minutes. Got there in 18 and waited almost another 30 minutes for two subs. I approached an employee to ask where the food was because it had been almost an hour at this point (48 min) he went back and my subs were just sitting on top of oven and he proceeded to talk poorly about me to his coworker. This place is full of immature kids that wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face. The quality of food is always great, but the service is TRASH. read more

Evertime we order something usually gets messed up but not to bad otherwise on delivery. Well we went to order last night and supposedly got the owner's son that took our order. The hole time trying to order he cried about us living to far away (7 min). Said he was not going to deliver, then said he was going to charge extra for delivering so far. I really had to sit on the phone with this cry baby and listen to him fight with himself and literally cry about it. If this really is the owner's the son I wouldn't think you would let him embarrass and run loyal customers away but o well. read more

I'm a big fan of Creno's, and I love the New Concord location because the staff is super-friendly. They make it a delight to be a regular. They keep their restaurant neat and clean and really go out of their way to be sure my table is wiped down before I sit and if I mention that it's chilly, they turn up the heat. You can't ask for better service than that! I love their pizza, I love their subs (especially the Italian and the turkey), and I love their salads (which compare to the great salads you get at Adornetto's in Zanesville), and I loooove their garlic bread (with cheese!) The only thing I've tried that I wasn't crazy about was the spaghetti - a little overcooked, and the sauce didn't work well. If you're trying to decide which pizza and sub place to stop at in New Concord, I definitely recommend Creno's! read more

Well I gave them another try. I called from 35 miles away to give them plenty of time. The man said my order would be 20-25 minutes. I arrived in 35 minutes gave my name and the same guy from the phone says it's just coming out of the oven, have a seat and I'll bring it out. 15 minutes later he brings out my order. So what does this mean? To me it means they never started the order until I arrived. That means on my previous visit it was intentional for all those people waiting when they actually had called in. That's really pathetic. The food is decent even though. The tables were covered with greasy fingerprints and bits of food. read more

The pizza is nothing special. The workers don't pay attention. Twice in a row I've placed an order in person and waited over an HOUR AND A HALF. The process to make a pizza should take 15 minutes to prepare and cook. Both times I waited well over an hour before they noticed. An additional 20 minutes were added on to actually make the pizza. I took my business across the street to Wallys Pizza. At least they know how to operate a business correctly. read more

There is a girl that works here and she has the biggest set I have ever seen. I asked if they had meat balls and the owner proceeded open up his pants and show me his nuts and say "yea you want to meet these Balls". Other than finding a pube in my sub not too bad. The strombolis have too much grease in them, and the pizza is always super greasy. I was in here today waiting to get my food, and I realized not one of the workers wear gloves. I watched one person mess with his sock also then continue making food. Kind of makes me question the sanitation ?? AND THEY ALWAYS FORGET MY RANCH AND GARLIC. read more

Place is an absolute rip off. Food is completely average and I WARN YOU!, DO NOT order the 1/2 Ib of wings. Complete and total JOKE. I got the box, was excited to eat after an hour wait ( I live 2 min down the road) and I open the box to realize there are 7 small wings in the box. Terrible service, every time I order for delivery I end up waiting 1hr + for an 8 minute drive down the road. They messed up a delivery I waited an hour and a half for and "don't do refunds". If you want your order made correctly and in a timely fashion, DO NOT order from this crenos. read more
