This place was a bit of a drive from our hotel in downtown Charlotte but it was worth it. We stopped in while in Charlotte for a weekend. This is a small business with limited seating. The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and happy to go above and beyond. The crepes were great but it did take awhile for the table to get our food. The Monte Cristo crepe was delicious but the s'mores crepe was overwhelmed with chocolate and the marshmallow was far too much. I think with a small adjustment it would be wonderful.

This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats for lunch on Wednesday, 11-23-22. Had a taste for something different, the breakfast croissant, French strawberry cheesecake crepe, & a caramel macchiato was my first order here. Even with delivery, everything was good. They gave me a bag of Lay's chips with my croissant. I had a long day & not only did this order save me time, everything was hot & fresh. This review reminds me that I need to physically pay them a visit.

This is the chicken panini sandwich The bread was over toasted Two tiny slices of chicken Bacon seemed undercooked Not worth it

Absolutely wonderful establishment. The food and coffee were both amazing but hands down the best thing about Crepe Bistro was the overwhelming presence of strong Ukrainian heritage. The hospitality and attention to detail was second to none. Each crepe we ordered (breakfast crepe, Nutella crepe, and the strawberry and cream cheese) were all cooked to perfection. The caramel macchiato coffee I received was flavored boldly. I still felt the espresso through the caramel and milk. Our daughters breakfast sandwich was also executed with the same quality as the rest of the meal. To the ladies of Crepe Bistro... thank you for everything you do and Glory to Ukraine!

Ew. My Steak and cheese crepe was smothered in chipotle sauce, which was not mentioned in the description. And I was told "there is no sauce on it" When I said I could not eat it, they said "we have a policy. No replacements." Apparently they needed a policy for inedible food. Very disappointed. And disturbed by my experience. I spoke at length about my intolerance/allergy to mayo. I am certain the chipotle sauce had mayo and that my single bite of it is what left me feeling ill for the day. They literally do not care. As you can see in the pic with crepe there is mayo chipotle sauce and it is nearly untouched. One bite by me and the other by my lunch date.

My favorite is the Nutella crepe. I would recommend that for the first time. The best seller is the strawberry cheesecake. I found I don't like my cheesecake warm. I ended up refrigerating mine. The coffee is always good. A friend of mine loved this spot right away since it's family owned. Coffee lover/addict and liked the Belgian waffle. They have a loyalty program and many young families dine here. Staff is always nice and remembers their customers.

Sweet little spot with delicious crepes. Sweet and savory selections are both great. Nice coffee drinks as well.

My partner and I were greeted immediately upon arriving inside and were told me could sit anywhere we liked on the patio. We could have sat inside, but It was a beautiful day so we wanted to take advantage of the weather and view. We ordered coffees-my dirty chai latte was delicious and my partner was happy with her iced americano as well. We shared the apple crepe and although I wished it had a little more moisture inside, the cinnamon and Nutella were delicious and complimented the apples nicely. The service was excellent, we enjoyed our time, and would definitely return.

Village Tavern was my first pick, but was a 25+ min for a table and we were hungry and in somewhat of a rush. We made our way next door to penny path and I was excited for crepes and maybe even more excited for coffee. I had skipped my usual 2 cups that morning thanks to a rushed airport experience. The iced latte hit the spot. Even my 15 year old stole some sips because she liked it and isn't a coffee drinker (yet). As for the crepes it was ok. I went with the Brie, apple and turkey Brie which is usually an amazing combo but just wasn't doing it for me. I ate about half because I was famished and held off on the rest. My husband polished off his Hawaiian crepe and my daughter did the same with her pizza crepe. Since we were there for lunch we went savory over sweet, but the sweet ones did look good. I'd come back for coffee, but would probably eat elsewhere next time. However it was a very cute cafe in an adorable little center not too far from campus.

I enjoyed my meal, as it was simple & light, though filling and enjoyable. I would like to try a Crepe if I ever come back. The interior is also cute and has rustic decor, cozy atmosphere. Service was quick, but I also felt that it was lacking and communication was short. We didn't get straws or have napkins at the table, so I tried my best to not make a mess eating. Every time the server came by, it was so quick I didn't get to ask. I don't like that the silverware is just sitting out either, not very sanitary. I got a small pastry that was also forgotten about until the server was reminded. There was also someone that was going around to tables to check in...it felt like we were left out. I'd like to give this place another chance, but it wasn't a great first impression.

We ordered several crepes, lattes, avocado toast, and Parmesan Truffle Fries. Everything started off well, but the problems began once the food arrived. My Wild Lavender Latte looked nothing like the menu photo. The picture showed a purple drink, but what arrived was a regular brown latte with very little lavender flavor. The Parmesan Truffle Fries were also disappointing--barely any Parmesan, no noticeable truffle flavor, and no seasoning at all. My Main St. crepe with grilled chicken was so heavily salted that it was inedible. To the waitress's credit, she immediately offered to replace it, and I ordered something else. She was polite, apologetic, and did her best throughout the meal. The biggest issue was with my son's food. While everyone else received and finished their meals, he was left waiting. When his crepe finally arrived, it was incorrect. We had requested strawberries on the side, but they were inside the crepe. No child should have to sit and watch everyone else eat while waiting that long for a meal, especially when all the kids ordered nearly the same thing. Unfortunately, the problems continued when it was time to pay. We needed separate checks, but the bill was not handled correctly. The manager applied discounts without confirming which items belonged to which party, and I later discovered I had been charged for an item that belonged to my sister while receiving none of the adjustments that should have applied to my order. I want to emphasize that the waitress was not the problem. The issues appeared to come from the kitchen and management. Between the poor food quality, incorrect orders, long wait times, and billing mistakes, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

If you end up having such a great time that you hang late, they don't rush you out or blast "Closing Time" to make things awkward. They're chill and let you finish up at your own pace. The food trucks are hit or miss--sometimes absolutely amazing, sometimes not great--but there's always something happening. There are five businesses inside, so it never feels boring. They host comedy nights, live bands, karaoke, Pokémon events, and board game days/nights, which gives it a cool community vibe. My singular complaint would be when the daylight changes to evening, these awful too-white bright lights come on that make you feel like you need sunglasses and ruin the cozy vibe. They did add some warmer lights around the garage door, but I wish they would change the color of those really bright ones that come on at night. Overall, it's a fun, relaxed place to hang out.
