The biggest compliment I can give is that you'd never guess everything is gluten free AND dairy free. Even my husband agreed (& he's a very tough critic when it comes to sweets!!). We ordered A LOT (two breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, strawberry cheesecake crumbles, a mini confetti cake, monkey bread, banana bread, and blueberry banana bread). Every single thing was absolutely outstanding. I've had celiac disease for 4 years now but truly anyone could come here and would fall in love with all their food. That said, my husband and I love to travel, so I've been to more than a dozen dedicated gluten-free bakeries across the country over the years. This one truly takes the cake (literally). I don't have enough words to express how genuinely blown away we are by the quality - everything was full of flavor, great texture, moist, etc. It's SO rare to find a bakery where every single item exceeds expectations.
