i love how much fruit this crepe had. although i got a dessert crepe, it didn't feel overwhelmingly sweet, which tends to happen with a lot of desserts. i think it's because of how much fruit they added. the whipped cream was also not too sweet, and added a nice fluffiness to the crepe. the service was quick. they did mention that they would text us the order, but we never got a text. i don't know if they just happened to be done with our order when we walked passed their store again. the shop is located in a food hall, which can get crowded and loud easily. we went at a slower time, so we were luckily able to find seating. the food hall does get really hot though. read more

Redlands Public Market is not without its surprises and Crepes de Paris deserves honorable mention. Don't think you'll find a better crepe shop in town. We wanted seafood but they were out, guess that's indicative of how popular it is. So we got a chicken spinach mushroom crepe instead and wow was it savory as hell. It was practically drowning in sauce and packed with all the rich mushroom and chicken flavors you could think of. A little salty though. The pear cream crepe was amazing too. Generous in its portions and not too overly sweet so my fiancé and I were big fans of this. You could quite literally close your eyes and point and you'd get a good crepe so get eating. read more

It turns out that this is an authentic parisian crepe, owned and operated by awesome people with amazing ingredients and mixture of whole goodness. Out of the sweet crepe, the best one was D'Anju, which includes pears. Price: chicken and spinach cost about $15. The pear crepe cost about $13, which are all very reasonable for the quality food that you will receive Ambiance: it is located in one corner section of Redlands public market. There are plenty of seats within the building. Great for dates, casual hangouts, family get togethers, or whatever it is! Service: seemed like a French manager/owner took our order. Tasty. Brought it home to eat, it was still soft and warm by the time I got home. They were able to write down my phone number so I was able to walk around with the kiddos and I was alerted once the order was ready. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was interesting due to it being trivia night at the Redlands Public Market. I was able to take the kiddos to the back to avoid the dense crowd to be able to play with the Jenga set in the back. The kiddos were able to run around. read more

Crepes de Paris just opened here at the Redlands public market. It happens to be a chain. There's really not much to this place. The decor is bland. Service was fine. I ordered the strawberry Nutella crepe. It was suppose to come with banana but I asked for that to be removed. They replaced it with lots of strawberries. The berries were cut in halves and quarters. I like them thinly sliced. The crepes were thick. Nothing about this wowed me. Fortunately for them, there aren't many dessert places at the market. A Salad for almost $12 should come filled in the container. The salad was definitely lacking seemed like a ripoff. Worker seemed like she did not want to be there. She had to go check to see if there was Caesar dressing...after I already paid for the salad.
