From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest staff, especially Hannah, who shared the adorable backstory of the place. The owners have a dog named Chai and struggled to find coffee shops that allowed dogs, so they decided to open their own... and that's how Chai Coffee Shop was born! You can definitely feel the dog-loving vibe everywhere, from the décor to the fact that pups are actually hanging out inside. Within minutes, one of the dogs came over and licked my toes (unexpected but hilarious ). It's such a warm, welcoming environment where people and pets can just relax. The ambiance is perfectly balanced bright and social up front, with a quieter, cozier section in the back if you want to read, study, or work. I had the cold brew, which was fully customizable.
