Andy was communicative about projects, updated us frequently and was quickly available if we had any questions. His crew did excellent work on our ark including welding, sanding, painting and other necessary repairs. They transported and hauled the boat with no issues and returned it to the slip safely. Zack is not as experienced but what he didn't know he had the resources to figure it out. I would recommend Zach. He's honest and cares about doing it right and at a reasonable price. I will continue to use Zach. He's also a great guy. The one thing that I didn't like was having to buy the needed parts rather than them buying what's needed and billing me with a 15% markup. That really is a pain. I don't know where to buy engine parts, water pumps, impellers or a new smart connector for a 50 amp shore cord etc. To be honest I just don't want to be bothered with it. Just fix it and bill me please.
