It's nice that Guido's staffs "traffic directors" in the parking lot during especially busy shopping days, but it's still a hair-raising experience to get in and out of this location... The story that I heard, apocryphal as it may be, is that the creators of the cheese really just wanted a more social acceptable way of getting to eat butter all the time. And this is where it's made. Sadly, the place isn't open to the public... yet. Dare to dream, I say. I'd love to see a small local creamery step up and become a local destination for cheese and cheese related things. But first, more people need to buy St. Stephen. And then, Four Fat Fowl will need to get some more killer cheeses in its lineup.
