Although the location is great and the inside of the store is clean and well laid out, there is barely any selection. Most of the dresses there were in the $200-400 range and the quality just wasn't there. There was only really one small room with dresses. The change rooms felt larger than the dress room. Most of the dresses had very thin fabrics and it was obvious they were quickly and cheaply made factory style. Which is fine for some brides, but it wasn't what I was looking for. Other bridal shops had much better quality dresses that were in the $800 range then reduced to around $300.

My MOH was by my side and knew the style i was looking for prior to arriving. During my appointment my consult asked my style etc. but she was not pulling any dresses that were my preferred style or anything i liked, halfway through i started feeling hopeless so my MOH went through and pulled a few dresses that would suit me and she was then told to sit down because no one other than a consultant was allowed to pull the dresses. Once my MOH started pointing out the potentials things looked up and i eventually found my dress! That being said it was in a size too big and they would not allow me to try the smaller size on even though it was in store, it was i either take the larger size dress or i can wait the week before my wedding to have the size smaller dress shipped to my address, in frustration I ended up buying the dress off the floor and getting it tailored to my size by a seamstress. The consultant also showed signs of pure frustration with me as i would only try on some dresses she picked because i knew they just were not my style. All of my bridesmaids with the exception of one had to pre order a dress. All of the dresses were paid upfront in full and all they had to do was pick up when David's bridal called that it was in. That phone call did not come in and on July 4th she was calling every day for a week and no one could tell her where her dress was. One phone call said that the dress was still not even made yet but could have shipped to her by July 31st, with them well known that my wedding is July 25th. They eventually had to give her a refund and she bought a dress elsewhere due to David's Bridal losing and have no idea where this said dress was that was PAID FOR. Highly recommend going else where if you want to avoid chaos.

I had a complete opposite experience at Chester and Felicity. Sarah made me feel so special and my family raved about her for hours afterward. She helped me pick out dresses that would fit my body type and I ended up selecting one of her suggestions! It's perfect. She was very good with me and my son, and was very patient giving us the time we needed to decide what he would like. There was no hovering. She returned to let us know that she was there if there is anything she could help us with, but allowed time for me and my son to discuss what he liked. The service was wonderful, Nikki was friendly and respectful, and my son is very happy with his prom suit purchase, with the shoes. It is an awesome Deal. At one point we noticed a spot or something on the suit jacket and the shoes had bend marks in them, to which Nikki immediately brough out a new suit Jacket and a new pair of shoes. My son was very impressed. It was a great Day and we can't say enough about our experience at Karma. We have passed their name around. The dresses she chose were pretty (meaning something I may actually even wear again!) and my colour! They said 3-4 months for them to come in and even made it easy to buy additional fabric for sleeves (a must for my bust). We ordered today and the girl made it pretty easy. We spent four hours in the store watching her try dresses while scarfing down chocolate-covered strawberries (made in-house). We were all in agreeable when we left that it didn't seem like that long. One of the two girls kept cleaning up after us, which was really nice. Our bride even ended up saying yes to her dress, at which time it was time for champagne! They made the process of paying really easy, splitting it up and letting her pay a portion at a time, as she was also paying for a couple bridesmaids dresses.
