The reason I go back is because it's conveniently a local store and have great gifts that can be monogrammed. However, the employees are nothing less than rude. Many people in town that I've talked to feel the same way so I know it is not only to me. I am nothing but pleasant to the employees, however, I rarely ever had a pleasant experience. If they were nicer people to be around I would absolutely shop there more often.
