The gym has aerobic machines (new since they opened), free weights, a spinning room, and a multi-purpose room for yoga, pilates, mixed martial arts, TRX, Zumba, and other things. There are a number of instructor-led courses, as well as personal training and massage therapy. Limited child care is available for a fee -- see web site for hours. Day passes are available. This gym has an excellent vibe. The owners and staff are super friendly and professional. It is clean and well-lit, with WiFi. May look small from the outside, but we love it.

If they want this place to thrive, then they need to step it up and take care of their customers... I WANT to like this gym. I really do. But unless something it done, consider working out some where else.
