Chipped gel polish less than 1.5 weeks of manicure. Same time as regular polish. Waste of $!l to pay for gel.

Poor quality and customer service. Never in the 20+ years of having gel manicure to have it chip so badly in less than 1.5 weeks. And refused to fix unless paying full price. Choose somewhere else. Endless options on Broadway!

Absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! By far the cheapest place that I've found for acrylic and gel nails. The staff here take extra care in servicing you and making sure your needs are met with your nails. They always ensure that you're satisfied with the colour, the shape of the nails and that you are comfy there. I love requesting for Katy to get my acrylic nails done, she is amazing at what she does! * Do note though, this nail spa can get quite busy though so make sure you book an appointment!

Gel mani + pedi MANI: Great service and good final product. Mia was very detailed oriented and willing to redo aspects to achieve perfection. Massage was very nice and longer than I've received at similarly priced places. Prices are slightly below average for Vancouver. PEDI: Nice final polish. Disliked the massage chair as it was too forceful to enjoy so I left it off. General exfoliating was ok but callus treatment was subpar. Will definitely return for a manicure, may for a pedicure for convenience.

We were looking for nail salon to make up our nails for vacation. I found Crescent nail reviews were good and clean. Just gave it a try. I have only been here two times and my first visit was quite pleasant but my second visit OK. The nail polish and gel nail color varieties were quite limited. My 1st visit, it done by Jenny. She was friendly and gave me some suggestion of styling. She did good job on me. On my 2nd visit, wasn't Jenny. We needed to take off the gel nail and got hurt when the nail technician buffing it. My nails still chipping after a month...

Tim slays every time, literally love my nails every time I've been!! Very good suggestions too when I don't know what I want

I had a wonderful experience at Crescent Nails! I walked in at 6pm and although they close at 7, they still took me in. I would recommend booking an appointment if you know you are going. "Ti" did my nails and she was amazing. I had a solar Nail fill (high end acrylic) and I think Ti did the best job that I've ever had done on my nails. The place was very clean, and I noticed they even cleaned their buffer tools prior to using. I live in Tri-cities, but I'll be driving back here to get my nails done by Ti! (Picture doesn't do justice!)

    Finished nails - love them!

I booked here after reading reviews online and requested Katy. She was lovely, took her time and did a great job. I had a photo of what I wanted and she was able to recreate it perfectly. I will be returning for sure! For reference, I hadn't had my nails done in over a year. I decided on the solar powder option (acrylic tips, and a powder gel that moulds to the shape of your nails), I finished this off with a transparent pink gel polish.

Went in to get a gel manicure and left very very satisfied. I called about 1 hour before my appointment and surprisingly they had space for 2 people. The salon itself was a bit poorly ventilated but better than some salons I've been to. I got Diamond and she was great. She was very careful and paid close attention to detail. Would definitely come back in the future and maybe try other services. The manicure was $30 so with tips, about $35.

Shellac mani by Jessica (I think) with I believe colour #36.

I went here 2 weeks ago with some friends for mani/pedis and am really happy with the results. I had deluxe pedi and shellac mani. The girl who did my pedi was really good, I think her name was Le, she gave a great foot/leg massage! They also have those big massaging chairs for you to sit in while you get a pedi. Then a different girl painted my toe nails and did the shellac mani, I think her name was Jessica. I'm really picky about the shape of my nails and I really like how they look, even today. They also have tons of shellac colours to chose from. The shellac polish started to lift off a bit on 2 of my finger nails the next day so I called to see if they could fix it. I got an appointment the next day and the girl who redid those nails was so great about it. She also put another coat on top of all the other nails too. She took the time to really check all the other nails to make sure they were good. I wanted to leave a tip because they were so great about fixing my nails but they didn't even accept it.

We booked an appointment for three and the nail techs that worked with us were very professional. Two of us had designs in mind and they were able to replicate them to a tee, if not better. So happy with what I got and at the price. 50 for a very pretty design and gold flakes! Highly recommend :)

Great nail spa. Friendly staff and very quick on their service. I really appreciate that they were fast and good as I was in hurry. There's lots of people working and good amounts of chairs and tables for hosting many people. I will definitely come again.

The exterior was covered with gorgeous flowers, and it reminded me of the elegant storefronts you see in Europe, especially Italy and London. Through the windows, you could see the beautiful interior finishes, making it impossible not to be impressed before even stepping inside. The salon is located in Vancouver's luxury shopping district, surrounded by iconic brands such as Dior, Tiffany & Co., Burberry, and Hermès, which adds to the overall upscale experience. Before booking, I called with a few questions and found everyone to be incredibly helpful. I ended up booking an appointment online for the following morning for a Bio Gel manicure. It happened to be raining when I arrived, and the staff immediately took my coat and offered me a beverage. I chose an Americano, which was served on a beautiful tray. It was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for the entire experience. The salon itself was immaculate. I noticed staff constantly cleaning, dusting, polishing, and maintaining the space throughout my visit. Everything was spotless. They even provided masks to wear during the filing process to protect clients from nail dust, which I thought was a very nice detail. My nail technician, Olga, was absolutely wonderful. She and another team member helped me choose the perfect color combination, a soft translucent shade with just a hint of pink and white. The result was exactly what I was hoping for. I've received countless compliments on my nails during my Alaska cruise and have found myself telling everyone that I had them done in Vancouver. I hadn't had my nails done in quite some time because previous dip manicures in the United States had damaged my natural nails, largely from repeatedly using tips to achieve the shape I wanted. I was looking for something stronger and more protective, and the team took the time to explain why Bio Gel might be a better option for my situation. What really impressed me was their ability to build and shape the extensions using Bio Gel itself. I had been researching builder gel and healthier alternatives to acrylics and dip systems, so it was fascinating to see the process firsthand. While it does take longer because of the multiple layers and curing under the UV lamp, I love the strength, shine, and natural look of the finished nails. Most importantly, I'm hopeful this system will be much gentler on my natural nails going forward. The initial appointment was a little expensive, but that's to be expected when you're getting a full new set and custom shaping. Given the quality of the work, the luxurious atmosphere, and the exceptional service, I felt it was well worth the cost. What truly sets this salon apart is the overall experience. The beautiful environment, attentive staff, complimentary beverage service, and genuine hospitality make it feel more like a luxury spa than a typical nail salon. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help. If you're visiting Vancouver and need your nails done before a trip, I highly recommend this salon. Choosing a nail salon while traveling can be stressful as you don't know if it's convenient, safe, clean, or whether you'll be happy with the results. I spent quite a bit of time researching before my appointment, and I am so glad I found this place. It was an easy and safe walk from the Pan Pacific Hotel, and the results exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely return on a future visit to Vancouver. 5/5 stars -- a truly luxurious experience with exceptional service and beautiful results

You tell me if this sounds fishy to you…read more I walked in today to simply get a basic mani and before I even sat down the girl at the front asked me for my credit card number. I was confused. I asked her why and she told me to hold my spot. Hold my spot? So, I asked her if she wanted me to come back later?....."No, no...." she said, I can take you now. Now I was even more baffled. I told her I'd be paying with debit and she told me well that's totally different. If you want to book online for next time you come in...it will be easier for you with your CC information registered online. Well, first off....how do you know I'll be back.....secondly, can't I just do that myself at home in the comfort of my own space and privacy? Her approach to getting my credit card info. just felt very out of bounds and forced making me feel very uncomfortable. I clarified to her: I just want a basic mani, paying debit when it's done. What do you need my credit card number for? When she realized that I wasn't into the whole...."let's share private information thang" she backed off. To be honest, at that point I was a bit startled, because just about a month ago I had fraudulent theft on my debit card and Vancouver at the moment is under serious ID theft and credit theft. Once she allowed me to enter past the Welcome matt without grabbing my credit card information, she asked me to pick a colour. Two things happened while I was trying to find my colour at the wall in the back. 1. I didn't find any colour I liked (very limited colour selection) 2. The red flags just didn't go away. It just felt off. I left without getting my nails done. I pick a colour. you paint my nails. I pay debit. We all go home happy. What do you need my credit card information for?

Bring in a photo or let them help you decide. I got a combination of chrome and glass ( Mylar ) with a skull charm and a big bow charm on the other hand. Very pleased with the results. Very hygienic. Lots of samples to chose from. Can't wait to bring my husband there with me for a pedicure ! ( boy does he sure need one ! ) The price for MY nails before tip was **153$ . She was great to let me know cost before proceeding ( which is awesome as many I have done to don't do this ) It may seem pricy but the quote "cheap is never good and good is never cheap" comes to mind. Last set of nails I got ( in Vegas at the spa at the Mirage ) were way more expensive, for basic nails that peeled, had bumps under one nail and no nail art at all. For what Lisa did, it was well worth it !! ** this does not reflect the price of ALL nail sets, I had gel nails, plus the chrome overlay, plus the "glass" /milar overlay (which she hand cut and placed on my nails ) plus 1 XL charm and another L charm both with crystals on them ) Very happy and will return and defiantly recommend! The salon is located just before the Granville street bridge. There are metered parking spots in front of the salon but they are very few.
