My mani was done by Muna and she was such a sweetheart. My mani ended up lasting over a month! Everything is very clean and very spacious. They have many seats for pedicures and only four for manicures. It's more expensive than what I usually pay. All in including gel polish was approximately $60. My biggest complaint - parking. It was terrible and took me a half hour to find a spot. The salon is located just before the Granville street bridge. There are metered parking spots in front of the salon but they are very few. I probably will not go back only because of the lack of parking, cost and the no walk-ins. If you live close by it maybe a good go to place.

I didn't ask for the specifics, but it seemed like she either was texting or messaging someone directly, and was able to get us an appointment around the time when they were opening. We walked in at exactly our appointed time, and they had our seats waiting for us. They only had four employees at the time, and two of them were already assisting other customers, so my friend and I hopped into our seats to be assisted next,, while the hubby enjoyed the massage chair while he waited. This ended up being three manis and pedis, plus gels for all nails for the girls, and took around 1.75 hours because my friend was able to get some very cute hearts on top of the gels. Very, very thorough. They were able to clip my toe nails short and round, and did general maintenance on all nails/cuticles. The massages were great, too. Something that I really liked was that they try their best to not have the gel hit your skin; it's literally just a hair away from the skin at all directions. And the products they use were very good, as I haven't had any sort of skin reaction that I've had at other salons. The staff was hands-down amazing. They asked what we wanted, and they delivered every time. My friends' nails came out super-cute, and I'm very happy with mine. And the hubby's mani/pedi were possibly a little bit of a challenge (he has weird nails), but they got through it as much as they could. Would happily come back!!
