They weren't…read morethe cheapest, but they were 2nd cheapest, and I at first went with the cheapest one, but he gave me all sorts of run around, and the price difference honestly was negligible. On the other hand Victor was super easy to work with, and was available next day. I'm definitely going to use him in the future for future projects, and he's honest and tells you what is needed and costs and tries to work with you to get a deal in. You don't feel like he's trying to rip you off as many of the tree trimmers I had come over gave outrageous numbers.
