Jonathan and team completely transformed our backyard in under a month. They installed a new lawn, TimberTech deck, native plants, irrigation and drainage, lighting, and tied our existing front-yard irrigation into the new system. The design process was easy and affordable, and Jonathan was on site every day. He was communicative, thoughtful, and paid attention to the little details throughout the project. The whole crew was great to have around and kept everything clean at the end of each day. They even did a thorough final cleanup of the windows and doors around the yard. What we appreciated most was that their care didn't stop once the project was finished. They came back to fix a faulty sprinkler head and later trenched along the grass by the deck when we realized skunks were trying to get underneath. We love how the backyard turned out and how much more we actually use the space now. We'd absolutely recommend Herencia and happily work with Jonathan and team again.

Once construction started, Jonathan and his team were excellent. They arrive promptly each day and cleanup well. Jonathan is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. What stood out most was his communication and transparency. He provided daily updates, either by text or in person, walking me through the progress and explaining what was coming next, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the project. I also really appreciated his fantastic customer service and follow-through. For example, the game light I purchased arrived broken from the manufacturer, and Jonathan came back promptly after the project was finished to install the replacement once it arrived. The entire project took about a week, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The court and surrounding landscaping look amazing, drain properly, and have completely transformed our backyard. He responded quickly, and we discussed what we were looking for in re-purposing the rear 1/3 of our property. He described his vision and methods, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. When he was finished with the original scope, he offered to maintain the rear yard to make sure our investment (and his hard work) would continue to look as good as the day he finished. Getting the job Done!!! After a huge wind storm that swept LA County like a Plague. On the news their were reports and footage of fallen trees on roads, homes, power lines severed leaving cities and towns in total darkness. That is what was going through my mind. A Monterrey Cypress tree standing at about 60 ft high. Fell from my side of the house to my neighbors house. The massive tree was reclining against the roof of my neighbors house. I needed to get the tree removed before it could possibly further cause any damage. Little did I know that my uncle had a tree that fell on his car. And the same uncle said call these people:" One Day Tree Service". They removed a tree that had landed on my car, they are great. I called Jose Chavez and his crew: "One Day Tree Service" they came the next day and took a look at the damage. Him and his crew cut the tree down without any further damage to my home and my neighbors home. They took that tree down without hesitation. i watched the entire process and it was labor intensive. However, they got the job done, his crew was careful and worked with a strategy. They cleaned whatever was left of the tree and hauled it out of my driveway. I requested some firewood and they cut pieces of the stem into small pieces that could fit in the fireplace. These guys are young! and tough!. I know whenever a natural disaster happens i will give these guys a call. i pay for home insurance every year and it was an emergency nothing got resolved it would take days. i payed these guys once and "One Day Tree Service" was at my home the the next day!!! One Day Tree & Landscape came out to provide a proposal to remedy a disaster that had been done by another landscaping company, who for now, shall go unnamed. After the recent rain, I had a sludge of about 2 inches thick of decomposed granite slide down to my walkways, sitting areas, basically in all the places it should not be at. My recently installed wood that had been installed as steps were also severely splintering creating an imminent threat; splinters from pressurized wood can cause severe infections. One Day Tree & Landscape were absolute professionals and provided me with a proposal that they guaranteed would not result in the DG avalanche that occurred in my backyard. While a minimal amount of DG coming out is reasonable, the avalanche that took place and was done by the other company is definitely not. By the way, the lawn that this unnamed landscaping company installed was also not properly installed either; after the rains, there are bumps throughout this 1000sq ft of lawn, and it is about 2-4 inches uneven on the northern parallel sides. I am not sure what will happen. But if we are unable to remedy the issues with this landscaping company, we would very much appreciate it if you would please also provide us with a proposal for the lawn and the wood issues. After one of the large branches on one of our sycamore trees fell, I decided it was time to call for help. I made an appt with One Day. Oscar met me at the house and was there upon my arrival. I knew they did quality work since I had used them before so I trusted the company. The crew showed up on time on a day that promised rain. They were led by Douglas. They worked as a team and did a great job and answered all of my questions in a very courteous manner. They cleaned up all of the debris. The pruning almost seemed like a community event as people stopped by and watched the talented workers climb and prune in the tall trees. Just want to thank Jose Chavez for his expert professionalism and sound advice. He worked wonders for me to transform my yard from a shabby broken down fence and 24 foot overpowering Yucca into a clean and private backyard. Angel and the team worked solid for one day to clear the old Yucca as it was almost 6 foot wide at the trunk and a monster enveloping electrical pole lines and four properties. I had a wonderful and easy experience with Jose and his team. They even arrived early the day of our appt to have the trees cut! They cut down 3 enormous trees on a hill with no problem at all and even cut down a couple extras for me at no cost. I felt even more at ease because the company is insured. I used Phil & Sons to remove a HUGE Cedar tree (I'm talking 13ft base circumference and over 50ft tall AFTER over half of it had already been cut down by the Army Corps of Engineers) that remained on our burned-down property after the Eaton Canyon Fires. We needed to clear the site in preparation for new construction. The process was smooth, and Alex even sent me photos after the job had been completed as I was out-of-town. They called me 3 times saying the job was done and demanding payment only for me to show up and the job not even close to being done. I even talked to his workers and they stated they were not done and wouldnt be done for another day. On the phone he said "what, you think I'm just going to run off with the money if you pay me early?" Who in their right mind would pay the final balance before the job even being complete. Once I stated I will not be paying him the final payment until the job is complete he just hung up on me. Very unprofessional owners, stay away!

After sending in a request for an estimate, the owner (Marcelino) contacted me within an hour; he came out to give me the estimate the next day; then they trimmed the trees a couple of days later! Excellent service all the way around. Friendly, courteous; reasonably priced; a pleasure to do business with.
