Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.

He noticed the factory brackets weren't even all the same, fabricated the correct pieces, and finished the final welding onsite to get everything perfectly aligned. Having something custom-built from scratch could easily have been a $3,000+ project, and Jose found a much smarter way to get a finished, custom result. I appreciate this greatly, as I was a "walk-in", without an appointment or a prior phone call; since I was going to "see" what was possible by showing the item, instead of trying to explain on a call. They custom-designed two gorgeous side gates for our home and even recommended adding a smart keypad lock for safety and easy access. ​But what really earned them five stars was their incredible attention to detail and Memo's drive for perfection. He wasn't happy with how the gate looked against our side wall because the wall was old and a bit wavy, so he actually took his work back to the shop to adjust it to seamlessly hide the wall's imperfections. Knowledgeable Mark greeted my husband and I as we walked in with parts from my cart. We shared with Mark what replacement rods I *thought* I needed, and he took us to the back area and *showed* us what we needed -- it was perfect!
