Our power is still out do needed some stuff for dinner tht didn't require the stove. The gas a sake going on fried chicken. I'm assuming it's because of the fourth. Crest deli has delicious, crispy fried chicken. It is hot and fresh made daily. Workers are friendly and helpful. Also has tasty barbecue ribs and good fried fish on Fridays. read more

Love shopping at Crest. Live alittle far for summer but it's cool now so perfect. They have great selections. I find things there, try them, and have to go back because no where else carries it. Prices good and have lots of special prices. Walmart not so much..... They now have several self check but it's not for me. Love they still have actual checkers! And sackers! Big parking lot! In oklahoma Crest is the discount king or queen! The grocery store has everything! This particular location the produce isn't has fresh as other stores but in general the prices are the same. I want to acknowledge the greeter at this location, I'm sorry I don't know his name. He's African American and greets everyone with a resounding "HELLOOooooo" I know when he's working because I hear him before I hit the door! I love his attitude and disposition. As I was leaving today, he said Thank you, I appreciate you!! Mannnn give this guy a raise. He is always upbeat and a breathe of fresh air in a non friendly customer service environment. Crest he's a one man show because he redeems the bad behavior of your other sour pus workers especially in the meat deli department! Thanks guy for your happy, up bright personality. I always come to the craft store instead of Walmart for my produce. They usually have some really good deals at the front of the produce section such as a whole bag of oranges for $.99 or a whole bag of bananas for $.99 things like that. They have some good meat deals also because they actually have a butcher that is cutting the meat. All of the employees are wearing a mask and the carts are disinfected and cleaned for you grab them. The store is usually clean whenever I go and The employees are friendly. If you're wanting to check out I suggest going to self check out it is much quicker. read more

Since being in OKC, Crest is the closet thing to a Publix, in regards to their fruits/vegetables.. Crest has the freshest fruits/vegetables, and the price is reasonable.. Upon entering the fruit section, I thought this place was the real deal when you see produce stocker using a vacuum to suck up the old onion skins, before placing the new onions down for sale, nice display of showing attention to detail. (see pic) After I continued to shop, here is where Crest fell short.. Waaaay short or should I say (turned me off).. I was passing by the raw meat department and noticed that they had fresh sushi in the same area as the raw meat! That is a health violation! "Allegedly" (see pic) I had to mark them down for this Crest, I hope you fix this ASAP! I hope no one gets sick, from raw beef blood drippings/seeping/oozing into the sushi.. read more

I don't think I have ever been treated so badly in my life. I was trying to get some beer for my dad and myself some beer to have with our dinner. Nothing to hard and I do have two forums of I.D since I travel out of the country sometimes. Can I tell you how hard it is to fake an I.D let alone a passport? Anyway I grab the beer we want and go up to the check out counter (the price for Coronas here is a rip off.) I'm 24 years old and know the law so I got my I.D out and have it ready when this lady with a purple shirt and the NASTIEST teeth I have ever seen ask me to show another forum. Why do I need to show 2 forums of I.D to prove I'm 21? So I pull out my passport and she looks at that and looks back at me like 5 times and tells me she can't appect either I.D because she believed they were both fake. Are you serious? She then threatened to have security on me if I didn't leave. Wow. Unbelievable. That's a very very good way to lose customers and chase people away. I didn't look at the reviews before I came in, I just trusted what my dad said. They didn't just lose one customer but two. I told my dad to never go back there again and after I told him what had happened and agreed that he wouldn't go back. Never going back, don't recommend anyone go there. read more

This one isn't as nice as the Fresh Market, but I used to come here several times a week when I lived in the area. It has a good selection of everything unlike other markets near here, and after they remodeled the whole store they have kept it very clean and organized. I love how both this location and the Fresh Market keep things tidy and easy to find. read more

So I ventured out today to the store Haven't been out much and then worked all weekend. I figured Crest would be a good bet. I have never seen the like of folks buying groceries. I didn't even know you could get that many people in the store. It was like Christmas Eve shopping on crack. But it wasn't bad. People were not buying huge amounts of stuff. Just looked like what they needed. And everyone was calm and kind to one another. The registers were all manned and the workers and stockers were working their butts off to keep up with people but they were helpful and friendly. Then I lost my phone. My expensive phone with thousands of pictures of my granddaughter on it. I started to panic. I asked a boy gathering up carts in the parking lot to call and he did and a lady answered she met my e at the service desk and gave me back my precious. I forgot about coronavirus and gave her a big hug I was so happy. She hugged me back. It was a good day! read more

Store is still old and outdated. Shoppers are greeted by a very friendly cart tender but upon entering the store, one is still hit the unappetizing smell of urine. It permeates the entire store. Oh, and you still have to be careful not to step on used diapers in the parking lot. read more

Wow! The store was clean and organized! I went in here and their wasn't random boxes laying around or things in the aisle! Everything on the shelves were stocked and pulled to the front! It felt like the employees took pride in their work station! Clean countertops and clean floors. Seriously no complaints! They found a new customer in me till the standards are lowered. read more

Have started to go elsewhere since they have a new trend of limit 1. Get 1 cheap and pay close to double for the 2nd one or more. Limit 3 or 4 is ok, but limit of 1 is enough to not even bother going here when shopping for a family of 5. Bait and switch method. read more

Worst customer service of my life!!! I was listening to music and shopping. I was asked to take my headphones off because they thought I was trying to be competitive and checking prices. I have no idea what that is! I was then asked to leave because of this. I was astounded by this, and thought it was the rudest thing I've ever had in there in my life. I'm never coming here again. Was hubby's favorite store due to the availability of raw honey and the size. Always lots of products out though (raw honey was out for almost a month at one point despite repeatedly asking about it and getting promised 'tomorrow''. Biweekly grocery shopping Saturday ensured we won't return when we found the deli and meat counters closed early "because it was slow. When I complained to the manager Frank he seemed amused the whole conversation, stopping just short of laughing in my face. He was more interested in defending his position than any hardship it caused a customer. Fillets, scallops, bacon, roast beef & shrimp all went unpurchased, tried to get the shrimp in frozen foods but, surprise, no stock just a empty spot on the shelf. If the store is so slow someone sure falls short on placing orders. Regardless it is the dismissive attitude of management that ensures we won't return. read more

No matter what time I shop 3 AM or 3 PM the best parking places are taken by Employees. I stopped going to Winco because of the Rude, Hostile Employees. But every time I drive into The Parking Lot at Crest I think How rude of Them To take the best spots. How Do They always get spots Up Front? They Must phone each other and move Their cars while on Duty so that They can take Naps and Smoke Breaks close to Front Door. read more

Their Harley Davidson orange and black butter cream cake is to die for. It is delicious for the price you pay. Their fried chicken in the back is also great. However, the service can be a bit bad in the hot bar area. The women back there have some bad attitudes. But it is a great place to grab some cooked food for that Saturday eat in. read more

Put in a cake order on the 14th and came on the 19th as planned and cake was not ready. They had my cake on the counter blank with nothing on it. They knew they had a cake to make and when it was due but decided not to research what was needed and how to make it. I had to stand and wait for them to figure out how to make the cake. They offered 3.00 off a 23.00 dollar cake after wasting 30 minutes of my time while my daughter in law and 3 kids sat in the car waiting. Would never recommend this bakery to anyone. read more

This is where I do the majority of my grocery shopping. Especially if I'm stocking up. Their prices are better than anybody else and they have the biggest variety. I have a couple of other places I go if I just want to run in and out or want something more "specialty", but for your main grocery shopping this is really the only place to go in the area. read more

This is my main source of groceries and other items. Of the two Crest stores in MWC, this one is the 'new' one and has better parking. The produce is kept fresh and you don't have to hunt through bins of over-ripe produce like you do at Walmart. As another reviewer mentioned, the place is clean with wide aisles that are easy to get through. They also actually have registers open and staffed, so you don't have to stand in lines five deep to check out. I've found the prices to be fairly cheap on average and they will take coupons. The only downside is that they don't advertise so sometimes you walk in to surprise sales and items that will bust your budget with impulse buys. read more
