Does not work for large families....total waste of time!!!!! Nice looking store but that does matter if what they offer is limited in size

I cannot believe I am just discovering this place. I love poke and I used to live in Atlanta and…read morewas able to eat it all the time. Since moving to Oklahoma, my options have been limited. I was craving poke today and remembered this place existed and decided to try it. It is an unassuming place with just a few tables and dim lighting. But, the lady who runs the place is super sweet and informative. I ordered a tuna and salmon poke bowl with pretty much everything on it and added seaweed salad and an extra scoop of tuna. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! In total, I think I paid around $21, but I got a traditional styrofoam Togo box full of food. Everything tasted so fresh! The fish wasn't fishy and tasted so good. I might have just found this place, but I'm gonna make up for lost time! I'm already craving it again lol If you like fresh poke and delicious Asian flavors, I fully recommend this place. (No, there's no picture bc I literally sat in my car and devoured my meal. That's how good it was)

We always leave happy, full, and we know another visit here is in our future. It's a mom-and-pop shop that's earned every bit of its loyal following--and they absolutely deserve your support. The vibe? Like family. We always dine in, and one of our favorite things is watching the owners greet regulars like old friends: "Hey, good to see you! How's your kid's soccer season going?" "We've missed you--haven't seen you in a while!" Or even, lol "See you next week!" It's that kind of place. And if you're grabbing takeout? They've got that down, too. I think more folks get to-go orders than dine in. They have a few modest tables and a small TV that plays something in the background. This place is the epitome of your favorite casual spot where you come back again and again and order your one favorite thing because it's just that good. Build your dream poke bowl. Whatever inspires you--go for it. In my humble opinion, this is still the best poke bowl in the OKC metro. We've tried others... but we always end up comparing them to this one. And honestly? Nothing beats it. So we stopped trying and just keep coming back here. I love to add the seaweed salad and all the sauces on mine. I go back and forth between 1/2 salad and rice or just rice as my poke base. The Salmon and tuna (along with all the other ingredients) always taste fresh. Come here. It's the perfect lunch or dinner on the go spot before your Target or Lowe's run, they're both nearby-that's what we do. Thanks, The One Cafe team. You know we love you. See you soon! July 2025

The entrance has had a light refresh as well. Gone is the big glass dessert display case but the additional walking space is nice. Sadly we learned that the cakes are being discontinued, RIP the wonderful carrot cake. Fortunately we snagged one of the last pieces. It's my understanding that cookies and other sweet treats will still be available. The menu is loaded with new and exciting choices. Deciding what to choose was a great problem to have. We started with the Trio Dipper with house made chips and balloon bread, which is like pita bread on steroids and just as delicious. The dip selections were terrific and we were brought more chips when ours ran low. Two of us ordered the Tuscan Chicken. They were exceptional bites. They were parmesan breaded chicken fritters stuffed with the tomatoes and cheese. It's an inventive take on a traditional recipe and a tasty home run! My husband ordered the Chicken Piccata, looking for a lower calorie option. The lemon butter wine sauce was delicious and it's a terrific option. The last guest chose the fried chicken which is an old and familiar favorite. You absolutely cannot go wrong. We ended the night sharing a piece of carrot cake and a salted caramel cookie.

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

The bacon and cheeses seem to do the heavy flavor lifting but wasn't quite enough. The rest of the entrees were fine (cheesesteak & caprese sandwiches, the spinach salad). It is a great location, the service and drinks from the bar were good.
