I think it would have been much better toasted, as it lacked texture and structure. Overall, nothing about the sandwich really stood out. I've definitely had better Philly cheesesteaks elsewhere. I also wish the ribeye hadn't been chopped up so finely. The texture almost resembled ground beef rather than sliced steak, which took away from the experience. I ordered fries with the meal, and they were just average. They honestly tasted similar to standard fast-food fries -- nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. Overall, I'd describe it as an average meal. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't stand out enough to make me want to return.
