I made a appointment for my 2022 Ford Escape, oil change and tire rotation for 1p. I was met by service team and directed to Heather R. to sign paperwork for service. She directed me to there refreshment are and waiting room. I observed technician working on my vehicle with TV /camera!! The service was the fastest service for a oil change, Heather also checked to verify any recalls, there weren't any. Great job Ford team. Will return to Heather for service in Future. I had to use this service center for the second time. This place is the worst. Seems like no one listens to anything you say. June 30, 2021 1) Dropped my vehicle off in the morning (an appointment was made for this work) to get the AC fixed and a recall issue fixed. Was told it would be completed by the end of the day so I figured it would be a two day process so I took a personal day off of work. Five days later they still have my F150 because their machine to charge the AC broke. I had to miss a weeks worth of work (unpaid) because of it. They wanted to keep it over the Fourth of July weekend to attend to it the following Tuesday. They had no back up plan on how to overcome a broken tool until I had to suggest I could just get a can and charge my AC from a auto parts store. So disappointed in the service here. I told them numerous times I needed my vehicle back. This $1200 fix cost me $3000 with lost wages included. Every time I told them I would need to get the vehicle they would tell me they will hold it until Tuesday. Never have I had such horrible service experience with a Ford Dealer. July 21, 2021 2) Had to drop it off again because of the recall work. They needed to readjust the door lock. Simple fix. They even told me it would be a simple fix but could not get to it until the next day(I dropped it off late). I was ok with that and asked if it would be ok to pick it up next Thursday because I would be out of town and if I could get the oil changed. They told me no problem they could do that for me and would hold it till I got back. I am thinking no one make note of that. I received several calls Thursday July 22, two calls on Friday July 23, and a couple more on that Monday stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After answering the first two calls on Thursday and one on Friday telling them I could not pick the truck up until Thursday I stopped answering the phone. Does no one listen to their customers anymore. I will not be using this service center again. I know it is a drive but I will be sending my vehicle to Bill Brown Ford in Livonia for all service work in the future. On ya and another thing Creat Ford, update you online info mainly your operating hours. It stated the service dept was open at 5am so there I was waiting outside at 7:25am waiting for the service center to open at 8am. read more

I bought my car from Crest about a year ago. Chris M. did a great job finding a truck equipped just the way I wanted. Now, after 27k miles, I'm having trouble with the truck. The doors are out of alignment and the truxport cover kept coming open on the highway. So I call Chris and he directs me to Jason in the body shop. Jason asked me to bring it in so I did. Initially Jason told me I just need to adjust the screws on the cover apparatus myself. But I told him no - he has to do it since it's still under warranty. Then he told me the design was bad on the doors but they would try to adjust them anyway. Nice. On my $34,000 truck, one year old, he tells me it's a bad design. So I come back, drop the truck off. I pick it up and Jason says the top is fixed. And the doors. So on my drive home to Novi the cover comes open again. I call Jason from the car and he finally says to take it to the 3rd party installer at 14 Mile and Van Dyke. So I did and they did a FANTASTIC job. Jason said the rails were loose...but he was completely wrong. It was the entire mechanism that the clips go into. So the cover dealer fixes it in 20 minutes and I'm on my way. Since then the cover has worked great. In my opinion, Crest was completely incompetent in their service procedures. They don't even "check you in" they just walk up and ask what you need. Other dealers log your vehicle in to their computer and check to see if there are any recalls etc. I've since looked closer at the doors - the side gap is not consistent. The doors still close funny so I'm going to try another dealer. I don't think it's worth my time to let Crest try to fix it - their service department is unprofessional and incompetent. By the way...when I followed up with Chris...he just shrugged and rattled off excuses. He was no help at all...didn't even bother talking to their service manager. I have had generally poor experiences with service depts in the past. Crest was a breath of fresh air. Corey was great - very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a nice clean waiting room with huge flat screen and complimentary beverages. And my service was actually quite speedy. This place was great! read more

I took my 2015 truck in for collision repair. After inspecting it they left most of the fasteners off in the motor compartment. I returned the truck to Jason because the bed was squeaking terribly. After making several excuses on why this was happening come to find out they left the bolts to the bed loose. I picked the truck up and drove it up north and the lower light assemblies we falling out of the bumper. I took it to a reputable dealer with a list of work done by crest and come to find out they left more then half the bolts out of everything they repaired , or had to remove to do the repair work. Now I'm seeing the paint flaking off the bed that they painted. I was told this is because of bad prep work before being painted. This was not a rush job they had the truck for 6 weeks. I have taken it to another dealer to have the repair work done and they told me they fix a lot of Crest Fords issues. I will no longer purchase or have repairs done at this dealer after being a customer for 20 plus years. Not the first issues with this dealer but definitely the last! read more

My sales persons were Chris and Dan, I initially wanted to lease the Ford Escape but, later changed my mind to buy a used Ford Fusion, Chris and Dan were the super helpful and gave me the best service ever, they will reply to my emails immediately and were prompt, corteuos, professional, kind and understood my unique situation as a non US citizen. I felt like being treated as a special VIP customer and that made me feel good. I would strongly recommend customers to go and see for themselves and am sure you will have excellent customer service. This is the absolute most organized and visually appealing service department I have ever encountered. I was pretty blown away. The team at the Crest Ford worked together to get me checked in and informed as to what to expect. Also, they gave me the option of a loaner instead of renting a car - which was awesome and resulted in me actually leasing the same model car that same day. They were attentive and informative. I actually really liked the work spaces of the service stations and their uniforms. It was also hard to not notice the back counter with the numerous awards they have earned. I found Crest Ford through Google Maps reviews and they were mostly all good and what really got me is that the management responded to the reviews. That to me shows that they care. I usually don't throw my 2 cents in the ring but I feel this place is just horrible the way they treat their customers. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place. I didn't buy my car there but I use to get it serviced there. I am in the market for a new car and I am proud to say that Crest Ford WILL NOT be getting my business. The service department is incompetent and there manager Jim Clark and staff try to use bully quick talk tactics to create the illusion that it is your fault that their staff didn't document your complaints instead of taking responsibility for poor service. These people DO NOT care about their customers what-so-ever. My car is now going to another dealership that gave me better prices and were up front. Did I mention they put the wrong oil filter on my ford at the ford dealer and I drove to NY and back and the oil was pretty much leaked out by then? If you do have problems, I guess it is the customers job to make sure the dealership documents your complaints and to make them put it in writing. I have been going to Crest Ford for over 10 years, since it was Bob Thibideau Ford, both buying cars and servicing them. I've rarely had an experience above 3 stars ("It's Okay"), but this last and final experience killed the relationship. I had my car picked up (which is a really nice service) for an oil change and "complimentary" multi-point inspection; the Check Engine and Tire Pressure lights were also lit. The first thing they did was pull Diagnostic Codes and perform the inspection; then their Service Rep. Mike Brabow called me to suggest over $800 in parts and services to replace the EGR Valve and the Air Intake Manifold Gasket. I decided that the AIM Gasket probably didn't need replacing and that I would replace the EGR Valve myself. Brabow seemed annoyed when I began asking questions and that I had decided to do the work myself. The car was returned to me that evening. The oil change was never performed, even though they had the car all day; and the tire was never serviced, even though I had purchased the tires there a year ago. Though they had not performed the work I had requested, they charged me $100 for pulling Diagnostic Codes, which is something AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc. will do for free. (They did not tell me ahead of time that I would be charged $100, or I would have refused the "service".) When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the Service Manager Jim Clark showed no real concern but did say he would have Brabow call me back. Clark also seemed annoyed that I questioned the "service" I had received. I never got the call back. I even filled-out the online survey, reiterated my concerns, and again requested a call-back. Nothing. I was given the impression that they did not have my best interest in mind and that they were not interested in meeting my needs at a reasonable price but instead in getting as much money out of me as they could. I have filed a Dispute with my credit card company and will do whatever I can to make sure Crest Ford never again gets a penny out of me. read more

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! Mike Smeckert, the Assistant Service Manager, Wade and the sweet gal (sorry, I forgot her name) that helped us with honoring our warranty - What incredible service you gave us! I haven't received this caliber of service since I owned my Cadillac. When we picked up our vehicle after you took care of our warranty items, the exterior was not only washed but the inside was vacuumed and may have been wiped down. Again, that is how my Cadillac was returned to me when it was serviced. And, not only did you help us with our warranty items, you fixed the pulsating brakes we mentioned! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We attempted to have our car serviced at Milne Ford and received ZERO service. We originally took our vehicle there due to the proximity to our home. From the very beginning, they tried to back out of every warranty need we had. Our experience at Milne uncovered lies they gave as their reason they "couldn't" (more like wouldn't) honor our warranty items. Honestly, I can't believe they can get away with something like that. When we picked up our vehicle from Milne Ford, it was filthy, inside and out. They had left the back hatch open and a lot of debris (cotton wood from trees) had flown in and was all over the car.
