I had some very specific requirements. I needed to have a grate on one side to protect it from my dogs jumping on the screen, and I need to be able to latch/unlatch it from either side, and I needed it to slide easily even when people were rough with it. They came to my home, measured, ordered the door with my specs. They rejected the first door because the manufacturer didn't meet all of my specs. They reordered, and once received, Tom and Jesse installed it. During a weekend party the door came off its track (rough treatment). I called and reported the issue, expecting an argument. I didn't get one. Rosa and Esther work the front desk ... great customer service. They reordered the door again, adjusting their specs slightly and a few days later, came back to install the upgraded door, which is now perfect. I have called, and texted hundreds of times with HORRIBLE communication.
