It took them a long time to copy my design who I gave to Mark. We had already purchased the travertine and everything else that was needed except for the earthen materials. Diamond Cut started the project 24 Nov 2025 and finished 18 Dec 2025. The contract says 5 to 6 business days to complete the project. This was grossly longer, and I feel they should change the timeline on their contract. People are going to be disappointed when the project isn't completed in that time frame. This is why I removed a star. The second problem was with a water line that needed to be capped off. We had to turn the water off that day which happen to be the day before Thanksgiving! We had no water from 10:30am till 3:00pm. This really was a huge inconvenience. So, I removed a star for this as well. When the water pipe was leaking there was no way to communicate with the workers, only one spoke English. We did call Daniel the GC and he did finally fix it by 3pm. Just realize the 5 to 6 business days isn't going to happen. We are happy with the finished results but the time to complete the project and the water line problem were our 2 negatives.

The landscaping company who just redid our irrigation was lazy and instead of raking back the rock they dug it up with the pipes and buried everything. Grumble grumble! They were very flexible with scheduling which made it even better since we had some personal crap happen that forced us to reschedule once on them. Brandon showed up on time and got straight to work. He did the job solo and under the allotted time he quoted. We changed the project a bit on him the day of that most companies would cringe to do and not make adjustments for, but they did the extra requests without hesitation or asking for additional money-- even ran out for more supplies to make it happen!
