DONT DESERVE 1 STAR. I Purchaaed my traverse in March 2022 and 3 weeks later was rear ended at a stop sign. I thought the dealership would be the best option for repairs & Crews chevy Collision provided an estimate for a 14hr simple repair of the back end. Crews had my vehicle from may until today 9/21 for a quoted 14hr repair from a rear end accident. As of July they began paying for the rental bc their shop had negligently caused additional damages to include all of the molding , glass, luggage rack, mirrors, radio and service error . They called 4 x and stated the vehicle was ready. Only to determine the items were still not repaired and additional damaged items were added each time . Today I picked up the vehicle because I was assured they made all of the repairs . They did not. The original repairs they were contracted and PAID for are not complete, not acceptable. When they were unable to get the new back lift gate to fit they took apart my vehicle (damaging all of the molding & put back together incorrectly with pieces visibly hanging off /not secure. Many "used/salvage" materials for the repair they were paid to do & it looks terrible. They have added at least 6k additional damages to my vehicle due to their lack of qualified repairers in the shop (their words). I will now have to go elsewhere to have proper repairs made and recoup costs somehow after wasting 5 months allowing them to "make this right" as they consistently requested. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE - THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING REPAIRS PROPERLY & HAVE ZERO QUALITY CONTROL WITH WHAT IS DONE. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Crews Collison came recommended from my sister. I had a neighbor back into my minivan, and he completely ruined my liftgate. His insurance gave me a list of places to take it, so naturally, I pick the place associated with Crews Chevrolet instead of no name repair shops around here. I was working with Tonya, who assured me it might be a week, possibly two. They had my car for almost a full month. It was one thing after another. I had to call and be rude to get any answers on the whereabouts of my vehicle. Once I got my minivan back, I took it home, and less than 24 hours later, went to load the trunk cargo area with groceries.... it was SOAKED from the storms during the week. Like, they took the lift gate off and then just let it sit in the rain?!? My carpet was DISGUSTING! It reeked of mildew!!! Took the van back, spoke to Tate and Tonya and they gave me a rental for the weekend. So disappointed. My van was there another week. JUST FOR THEM TO CLEAN THE CARPETS! Then I get a call from Tonya that one of their CARELESS workers ruined my carpet somehow and they had to order some to replace the carpet in the trunk. SERIOUSLY SO UNPROFESSIONAL! So liftgate finally fixed, carpet finally replaced and then I had a problem with my rear windshield wiper not being placed in there correctly. THANKFULLY, it was a VERY quick fix, I was in and out within 10 minutes BUT it is something that still should not have happened! I absolutely don't recommend Crews Collision! I will never take any of my vehicles back to them! read more

I was sent here from the Hyundai dealership where they claimed this is the place to send your car. Absolutely not!!, I have been without my car for five weeks now as a college student, they have given me no time frame of when it will be done along with giving me the go-around knowing full well I am a young female college student and don't know any better. Now after they claimed it was finished from the text alerts when I call them to confirm they claim people have been out sick and or that they don't know when it will be done. My insurance has already paid them and there is nothing I can do with my car torn apart. I am the opposite of someone to complain about businesses on yelp but they have totally taken advantage of me where I need to have my parents call to actually get an answer. I have cried to the lady at least five times now and honestly think they have stopped answering my calls because every time I do its sent to voice mail. Don't send your car here just don't do it. read more

It took 8 days for them to pick up my vehicle from the tow company which was days wasted on a car rental. I called to check on the estimate and found out later the woman lied when it was actually picked up. It took another week for them to do the estimate. When I went to get my personal items from my car it took forever, the man was very rude, and I ended up driving around to find it because he didn't know where it was. They were charging my insurance company for tarpong the car, which it they didn't do and they didn't even have the cargo lid closed all the way and everything was covered in a haze, I'm sure things got wet, and they managed to ruin my driver side weathertech mat. I will never have my car taken there again even though it was an insurance company guaranteed shop. What I thought would take 20 minutes took two and a half hours. They made the accident I was looking involved in even more stressful. read more
