Took over 3 months to repair and when it was finally released, the shop realized they had released it prematurely because the final part had not been installed. 2 weeks later I called to inquire about it and was told if I couldn't come that day, they'd have to get back to me. 10 minutes later, someone else called to say I should when I could. All said it took almost 4 months for my car to be completed and the customer service didn't improve until the end. Thanks to Brady and the lovely receptionist- they are outstanding!

Their receptionist and repair workers are super friendly and helpful and they work quick. My vehicle was ready for pickup only a week after dropping it off. A month later, I had to jump a friends car and so popped the hood. It was difficult at best to do so, and once I did, found it was very difficult to close.
