I could not have been more happier with going to Scott's, from the first phone call with Bradley and working with Carson, they provided nothing short than some of the best customer service I have come across in a very long time. The staffs willingness to take my vehicle in within the week to perform the task was just awesome, you rarely get that anywhere here in Phoenix, and so that alone told me a lot, because an inspection fee is typically not much but it requires time, so for them to drop what they were doing and perform what was needed AND to the detail in how they reported their findings was world class and utilizing current technologies to illustrate the checklist of items needing inspected, was awesome!
