As I explained that I was looking for a case the gentleman then asked if I was looking for a specific case I explained to him I was looking for the life proof case for the iPhone 7, he did not just point me in the right direction, he walked me over to the product, went over key details and benefits and even went as far as to troubleshoot me through issues I might run into using my nightstand for he iphone. While I understand this is not something that can be done every single time in a busy setting, we were close to closing time and for the employees to show initiative while they aren't busy shows a lot. I've shopped here in the past and have received good customer service but this last visit was just over the top so I needed to make sure it was noted. The gentleman even commented on my pocket knife and began to personalize the visit, not sure if he was management but if not it certainly represents management that his employees follow suit just as a manager would.

I get back in line the person ringing me up the first time just leaves me stranded and provides no details to the next person. I show the person how I just bought an "excellent" condition product. And then come to find out there's no batteries in this $300 headphones so they laugh and agree that it's ridiculous that it's excellent condition when there wasn't even a single battery along with the "duo charging headphones" they instruct me to go grab another one off the shelf so I'm walking happily like wow super easy fix just replace with a new one. I walk back with the item. He's making conversation acting as if we're friends talking about gaming then randomly ends conversation saying. So that'll be an additional $130. I ask why would I pay if I payed for this excellent condition box when it has no batteries it'd be right to give me a replacement then he made up saying that since it's open boxed and the other one is a new box I have to pay the new box price. It isn't my fault that your employees cannot throughly inspect an item to assure it's in excellent condition when you quite literally can't use the headphones without batteries. Extremely poor customer service, even had the nerve to sell me "2 year warranty of any damages" when you guys don't warranty the "excellent condition" on any of your products. I of course got a refund because he obviously wanted me to pay for something I shouldn't be paying for at all. I kept the ps5 disc drive but I think I'll drive back now and just return it I can't support a business like this. This is a horrible terrible experience getting forced up charged for no reason. I came looking for a specific item that the app showed as being in stock, but it was sold out when I arrived, which was frustrating. The employees were welcoming and friendly, but I also found the store layout difficult to navigate, making it harder to find what I was looking for. Overall, this location just wasn't a great experience for me, and I don't see myself returning.

Yeah I can find things online, but I'm old school, I need to see it in person and walk out with it. I don't trust half the delivery options out there either, especially when it comes to expensive items. I searched online and this specific watch was only available either in Gunspoint...I mean Greenspoint, or this location. Both are a drive from the Med Center, but this location was my best choice. I arrived and the lot was pretty empty. Inside, I got excellent customer service as soon as I walked in as no one was busy. I told them what I was looking for and within minutes, they already pulled the item out of their locked areas and delivered it to the cashier. There were a few people ahead of me and the line did move extremely slow at that point. I do wish someone would have assisted the young man checking people out. Extended warranties were offered as usual but I declined. I didn't feel pressured to buy any of the add ons. I liked that a gift receipt was also available upon request. Overall, this location is way out of the way from my home or work, but I loved how chill and not too busy this spot was.

If he would've LISTENED to what I told him he would've know that the phone wasn't working at all because I just signed up with T-Mobile and couldn't get connected at all. But he just wanted to argue with me and tell me 5 times he's been "doing this for 13 years". Listen to what people are telling you when they come in with a problem. Then he ditched me and let me sit there while he sold some lady a new phone. I guess the people you make commission off of are always going to be more important. The manager was even rude and I left with no phone connection what so ever. Went to the store in Galveston the next day and they guy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my phone connected. Unfortunately the guys at FM 646 left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just quit T-Mobile all together. Remember, phone carriers are a dime a dozen. Try harder next time.

Latest issue was waiting over 40 mins for a replacement protector screen for my phone. Get them free with the 360° plan. Well, they where out. No biggie Said they would order it and I would get it in the mail. They ordered the wrong one. Had to wait another hour to go back to store for them to order the right screen. It is always something with this store and bad service. Would be different if they were more friendly.
