Took my son's phone in to get repaired because battery was no longer charging. After examining the…read morephone I was informed a new battery could be installed for $200 and all should be fine again. Great. Cheaper than buying a new phone. Went ahead and did the repair. We pick up the phone, it charges again yay right? No. Because on the way home we discover that now the side action button does not function. At all. Can't use Apple Pay, cannot unlock the phone when in sleep mode. My son's phone now can charge but basically cannot do anything else without being an ordeal. Long story short, after multiple attempts of calling and being told "I don't know I just work for the guy" and "oh he's away on vacation" I have given up trying to figure out a solution to this issue. I didn't ask for money back. I didn't blame them for doing a horrible pathetic job. I just wanted to inquire if they'd be interested in purchasing the new battery back for a fraction of the cost so we could possibly recoup some money as well. Pity.
