The salesman assured me…read moremultiple times that I'd get full trade-in value for my old phone and that my bill would only increase by a few dollars. After monitoring the order on the My Verizon app, I discovered I was only getting $8.28 in trade-in credit--toward a $1,000 phone! On top of that, I was told I'd receive a free Samsung watch, but instead it was quietly added to my bill at an extra $10/month. My bill didn't just go up "a few dollars," it shot up $50/month with the phone and watch payments. None of this was properly disclosed when I signed. This place runs like a used car lot--misleading, and dishonest. Verizon itself clearly backs these shady practices. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to be scammed.
