I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!

This is the most knowledgeable and helpful guy you will meet in the metro. He had solved the issue I was having with my BIOS, installed the card properly, and installed windows 11 for me all within a 2 hours. I will be recommending all my friends and family if they ever need help with their computer. If the warranty is not for the screen you replaced, then what is it for. I do not appreciate being called a liar. Very unprofessional, and I stand behind my review 100% and your comment to my review just demonstrates a lack of professionalism. I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work. You would think if you are going to charge a customer $300 yo replace a screen you would at least use a quality product to replace it with. With the cost if everything going up, I hope this business is under new management that understands the meaning of good customer service and that they have either started using quality replacement parts or significantly lowered their price.
