Worst customer service I've ever experienced…read more Had to go to buy a new phone they said I had to pay a bill in order to do it so I paid the bill even though it was already paid and then she said my card didn't run so they ran it twice. It completed both times now $1000 has gone from my account they said call your bank My bank says there are two completed purchases both for the same price Both completed. Had to go back up t to the store because the manager wouldn't answer the phone and explain to us what we needed to do to get our money back only to find out that we didn't even need to pay the bill because it had already been paid and so the thousand dollars they took should have been zero and so now I'm out $1000 until how many days before they get me my money back and you know what they did not care. Horrible customer service. Spent hours of our lives doing this yesterday to no resolution and out $1000 no sympathy no I'm sorry I ran your card twice accidentally just tough that's the way it goes. You can call AT&T support and talk to AI. Absolutely no way I would ever hand those people my credit card again. Poorly managed store poor customer service. Also, as I googled, apparently this is a very AT&T thing to do because they double swipe peoples cards all the time so maybe it's just their standard operating procedure is to steal from people. Be wary of this store and this staff for sure

This place is a joke and it voids your Apple care so be aware…read more I took my iPhone 16 pro here on 8/6/26 for a simple screen repair after I dropped a tool on it. I saw the multiple 5 star reviews on google and was thankful they could get me in so quickly before I left to go on vacation to NYC. That repair cost $165, all fair, all good. While in NYC I got caught in a storm and my phone got rained on briefly leading it to get water behind the camera mechanism somehow? Living in OKC my phone has been rained on before but never had anything remotely close to that happen. After the NYC rain, then the screen went completely black and I didn't have a phone for the 2 weeks I was in NYC. I brought it back to Dash since it was still "under warranty" from their "repair". The man said it was water damage so it wasn't under warranty. I told him my phone was previously rated up to 6m until they "repaired it" but whatever, just fix it. He said it might cost more than $165 because it's water damage. I told him to just fix it. He fixed it in 20 minutes by replacing the screen, that's it. Told me he was doing me a favor and only charging me $100. I asked him if it was just the screen and he confirmed. I asked him why then the warranty didn't cover it and he said it was water damage. Okay fine. I gave him the $100. Now my Apple Intelligence button is constantly being engaged to the point of my phone overheating and dying quickly. Should've just paid the $300 to Apple if I knew that this place was so shoddy. Go literally anywhere else.

Showed up at 6:20 and saw a lady just walk out of the store as I pulled up. went up to the door and it was locked. sign is on, says open, and sign on door says open till 8. Call the number on the door, and it just rings and rings, There is a dominos next door and the guy coming out of there saw me and said "she locks the door sometimes on break, just wait she'll be back" I wait 20 minutes and a lady comes up in a boost uniform, just leaving the pizza place and and unlocks the door and I said "oh you are open? Ive been here almost 20 minutes" she snaps and and calls me a liar, says she was only gone "a couple of minutes" I say I was sent here to buy some iphones and get signed up for a group business plan, and would like to speak to a manager, she chuckles and says, with an attitude, "I wasnt gone but a couple of minutes " "so now you will have to wait until another day" locks the door and refuses to open it, store still open another hour, she sits inside smiles and waves through the glass, so finally I left. VERY disappointed in the customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Complaint made with BOOST corporate and BBB.

I never go in without a mask and when I see establishment not following through, I complain but for some reason I did not have my mask on and when I panicked the lady said it was ok. I went to get my mask. Afterwards I noticed the other worker did not have on her mask and when her daughter came in, she did not either. I explained when looking for the phone I wanted one with a good camera and later mentioned storage. I have 128g now and my phone is full. The phone for the upgrade was $99. The non mask worker gave me the sack and my receipt was in there. I made the mistake by not looking at the receipt especially after them saying my total was $178 I asked why was it so much, the no mask worker was more like the manager, she said it was transfer fee, tax and other fees. When my card would not go through she said she added a saving plan and it dropped the price to $163. Later when she handed me my phone she said I gave you a case and it sparkles. It was a case that I would not pick out but my teenage daughter would. Since it was free, I did not complain. Later that evening I looked at the receipt and saw that I was actually changed for the case. I went back the masked worker started out helping and the nonmasker stepped in like she did that day. She said when she deducted the price down, that is money she have to eat up she then went on to explain she gave me the case but have to show it on the receipt and the -50 was the case and the other fee refund. I think because I was looking like I came from the gym, they did not know I was educated enough to know the -50 was off the phone. She then asked did I not want the case and she pretended that she refunded it and it would show up on my card in a couple of days. As of 5 days later, no refund. She also kept saying the phone was 64g and I'm showing her the box says 32g she did a fast talk trying to explain and I left it at that until I contacted BoostMobile and I went to another location to confirm as well. I called explaining everything to the GM, Mr. Sam. He gave no issues with me being able to return. Went last night and the mask worker was there. She had Mr. Sam on walking her through the refund. I told her to ask if she could give my refund for the case, she told him I wanted a refund on the case I bought, I explained, I did not buy it, y'all put it on being tricky. After the refund, I asked for a receipt to prove the refund went through. She said they don't have receipt for that but my entire purchase, case, phone and extra fees was refunded. Well today only $87 was refunded My advice is to always look at your receipt. I hate that these young ladies were so dishonest. This makes for bad business in our community. I should not be charged for restocking or the transfer fee because they sold me something I did not want. I am out of about $80 for something I did not ask for! I only chose a star because twas forced to!
