The guy said I needed a new screen protector - he rang me up on the credit card reader - while I was tapping with my card he already had the old cracked screen protector off. He wiped off my iPhone screen, put the new protector on, and we were finished - in less than five minutes. I'm still astonished at how fast everything went. And the screen protector cost way, way less than at the Apple Store.

Instead of dealing with me he handed me off to an associate. We started talking but the manager kept interjecting into the conversation When I asked who I was dealing with he stated it was him so I asked him to sit down where the other associate was so we could talk. He refused so the conversation was a little louder than normal so other customers could hear. He finally told me the deal online was from corporate and wasn't good with them. Enough for me to go elsewhere which I did. So off to The other Verizon store and they were able to fix me right up. Then I found out the previous store was the corporate store so not sure if he was correct about waving the activation fee. Verizon has been good to me but this store just didn't work out well either time I was there.
