Value good Seleccion good Service very poor. Went in on Novemver 22 to add a line. I had 4 existing lines already). Lady charged $ 79 (25 connection, 43 service an 11 for some other charge). On December 1st I saw 2 charges on my credit card. One for 79 dollars and second one for $ 170.00. My cycle closes on the 24th of each month. . So, the lady there charged me 43 for 3 days of service only from the 22 to the 24th. However she had explained to me that the 79 dollar charged incuded 43 for the services and that this charge wont be charged again on the 24 of November that she was charging ahead my bill. So The way I understood was that the 43 included 25 for the next cycle and $ 18 for services from 22 to 24. I asked her about the $170. She didn't explain any thyng to me. She only told me that my nex bill would be $75.70 No apology for the overcharge she made, no explenation at all. In concrete, I was charged a lot of money and did not get a clear explanetion on why. Don't trust the lady there. She is not knowledgeable enogh. She helps all the spanish speaking community there. Be alert not to be overcharged by this lady. I will talk to customer service office to better understand the charges and make sure didt get screwed up. read more

Went here to add 3 more phones on a promotion they have, there are hardly any good selections for new phones such as Samsung, LG's etc. I wanted an LG V30 which they dont have but thats ok I can get one on amazon for a good price. The service was ok, the lady helping me was very nice, there was a young man she was training and thats fine but she should have more help from someone already experienced as well to help with customers. It takes more time to train someone while teaching with customers, I waited 36 min b4 my turn, I understand they have to train new employees but when they do they need extra help. Other than that service was fine. I didn't give the 5 stars because of the time we had to wait. read more

Terrible customer service. Went in today looking for the iPhone XR and an older Hispanic lady was no help at all. She told me the only ones they carry are the 6 and 6 plus. Like really? I asked if there were other location that's sold them and she then told me that I would have to look for them myself. I went to two other cricket locations and they were very helpful. The second one directed me to the third one which had the phone I wanted in stock. You guys need to step it up with your customer service and help your customers out with what they want. read more

The manager, or idiot in charge is a control freak, I bought a new phone straight out of the box, when I saw it in the sun it had a scratch on the screen, after two days of hell the B____, replaced the phone but then wanted to keep the receipt of 251.00 and only let me have a receipt for 179.00 , I called my cred it card and thay said I could dispute the purchase if the ( B ), in charge did not give me the original receipt, when I went back and told the B, what my credit card company said she gave me my receipt, on my way out she said she was going to tell her manager, I told her tell who ever the hell she wants, please use other cricket stores if you need cricket service, this store Sucks, Major! !!!! read more

Went in for a screen protector for my iphone 8 that i previously bought at tmobile and of course i thought it was gonna be cheaper, i was wrong! went to connect an old iPhone 6 because i only came for that reason, it didn't connect, so the employee tells me get a new phone, I said "sure why not you convinced me" after a while of thinking and hesitating.. I did it but what got me was that I only have to pay "$300" is what she said, i said "wow okay that sounds great" and today I called progressive leasing( don't know what that is? Look it up) saying I owe $900 !!! After paying $300 before it's even been 90 days, now I'm thinking what should I do? Give back the phone? Keep it and pay $900 more??!! I wish I could give it a 0. This store is horrible! I got a faulty tempered glass on my phone that they (the store) put on. I had it on less then a day and it fell off. There wasn't enough sticky glue stuff on it so it fell off. They would not help me!!! Even though I had proof and could show the manager how it wouldn't stick she just came up with all these reasons why. I went to Verizon and they were more than happy to help me and they offer a lifetime replacement guarantee for cheaper and amazing service. All your store did was come up with reasons why it was my fault. Which was quite ridiculous the stories they were coming up with. No customer service at all. If you treat a customer like that over a screen protector that costs $30 dollars I can't image how bad it would be with a phone. TERRIBLE!!!! read more

I like the service that Cricket gives unfortunately this so call authorized office has one of the most worst customer service people there only one working computer, there knowledge about service it's zero they have no idea on how to set the phones no name tags no manager this office can't be trusted with privet information this people can't be trusted at all. By dialing 611 from my cricket phone I solve my problem in less then 7 minutes. My advice is stay away from this location find another office close by or dial *611 from ur phone or go online you will get better results then in this poor office plus you will keep your info more safe and secure a place that have no customer skills no name tag poor working computers really would you trust your privet info knowing how hard is to clean it and this corporate is an online business and this small offices are independent own do the smart thing and find a good trusted office. read more
