    I had to do a drop off at Spectrum, so I made a reservation to, hopefully, speed up the process. Arriving 30 minutes in advance of my reservation, there wasn't another customer in the building, and I was promptly helped by a young man with exceptional customer service. Dropping off the piece of equipment, the employee quickly recorded the transaction & handed me a receipt. Thankfully done in minutes, I quickly perused the latest phones & I was soon on my way. I'm a happy Spectrum Mobile customer ($14/month), and while internet outages suck when they happen, overall, Spectrum Internet has been satisfactory.

    I visited Sunset Cellular with my mother in law to replace her old iphone 7…read more The store is quite small, but the employee there by the name David assisted us from the beginning until the end kindly and professionally. I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! I honestly thought he was the owner since he had such knowledge and provided exceptional customer service :) Thank you David for all your awesome help and I'm happy to be getting $460 trade in credit for that old iphone 7! :)

It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

    Have been here multiple times and they have done an absolute fantastic job…read more Recently came back to this location and Nitesh was assisting me in trading in my old phone. He was supposed to erase and remove my old phone from my "Find My Phone", but what does he do??? He erases and resets my current phone. The cloud hadn't backed up my phone for the past two weeks so everything that I had done for personal and work was now gone. He didn't even try to do some digging to see which phone was which. He just blindly assumed and randomly picked one of the phones that said iPhone (there were 4 different iPhones on the menu). After Nitesh erased my phone, he said "oh, that's weird...". No apology. Nothing. His co-worker walked in and was able to revive my phone, but again two weeks worth of work stuff and my kids videos/pictures from their baseball/basketball games... gone. I walked in with a little anxiety because, let's be honest, phone store visits can sometimes mean long waits and frustration. To avoid that, I scheduled an appointment -- and I'm so glad I did. My husband and I were promptly assisted by Gabriel, and from start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. I came in with several issues to address regarding my Verizon bill, and Gabriel was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. His personality was warm and professional, and he never once made us feel rushed -- even though we had a LOT to accomplish. Within about an hour and a half, Gabriel helped us: * Clarify and align our Verizon bill * Purchase a new phone for my husband (his was broken) * Sign up for new TV service * Transfer our landline to another phone Everything was handled efficiently and seamlessly. It's rare to find customer service that feels both competent and genuinely kind -- Verizon truly has a gem in Gabriel. Five stars for Gabriel and five stars for the Verizon team at Cerritos Towne Center. We left feeling taken care of and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, in person, the manager assigned a specific associate to take care of us to boost her sales cos apparently, she was short of her monthly quota (forgother name, maybe Mariah or something like that). Red flag, right.. the manager intervened throughout and it seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. Once autopay began, it was higher than what we calculated (shouldve been 4 lines for $50 each, but it was more like $60). Also, for some inconvenient / unknown reason, as a first responder, my bill was always separated from our 3 other lines, even though all 4 lines were in the same family plan. We had other problems during initial onboarding and i remember a male asian manager being good, but a hispanic manager being a total douchebag (I'm not racist, my husband is Hispanic too ok). That was 4 years ago and on February 28 of this year, we finally ended it. We specificically did it before the 12th because that was when the bill was due. I was pissed to find out 3 lines were still charged in March. These scammers said the billing cycle runs from the 23rd to the 22nd, so we used their service 6 days in a new cycle. The cost of the final bill was still a full month at $178, instead of $39. I attempted to speak with customer service but they're all a bunch of thieving people. Good luck to anyone using AT&T. When we switched to Tmobile, no problems, manager helped us herself, while still running the store and greeted every customer coming in, and we didn't have any issues.

In November 2025, I went to this store because I needed AT&T Internet Air as a temporary solution while my home was being repaired. I specifically told the salesperson that I would only need the service for about 4-5 months before switching back to Spectrum. Because of that, I asked whether there would be any cancellation fees or issues when I no longer needed the service. The salesperson assured me that the AT&T Air service was essentially prepaid and worked just like Spectrum--that I could simply return the equipment when I was done and wouldn't have to worry about cancellation fees or ongoing charges. Based on those representations, I agreed to sign up. I also later discovered that my account had been opened as a business account, even though I do not own or operate a business. I don't remember that being properly explained to me. After moving back and no longer needing the service, I stopped using it and switched back to Spectrum. I still have the AT&T equipment and am prepared to return it, yet I am now receiving suspension and cancellation notices along with charges that I never expected based on what I was told when I signed up. My frustration isn't just about the bill--it's about the sales process. I relied on the information I was given before agreeing to the service, and I feel that information was inaccurate or misleading. I hope AT&T reviews this situation and ensures customers receive clear, honest explanations about temporary service, account types, billing, and cancellation policies before signing up.

    I've been a long time customer with AT&T…read more I have two iPads that were part of my cellular plan with AT&T. I no longer need them to be part of the plan, so I was able to cancel one of the services using their app, however, I could not do the second line. That is why I am visiting the AT&T store. Matt greeted us and was very informative and helpful. First he canceled the second iPad account and then explain their home Internet system. He was thorough and efficient and quick. While we were there, my wife asked him about another line and the cost it would be to add it to our account. He was able to quickly set up our account to include this new line, but we had to get a transfer ID number from T-Mobile. Needless to say, we had to call T-Mobile and my wife has waited on the line on two separate occasions each time it was an hour and longer, in fact she's still on the phone with them and we're already at one hour and 10 minutes. So right now if I were to compare AT&T with T-Mobile, there would be no dispute, and it's not because I've been a long time customer of AT&T it's because of the length of time is taking T-Mobile to get a simple task completed. I would rank AT&T's customer service far away better than T-Mobile. Matt also answer one of my questions about their home Internet. He said that I could try their home Internet for seven days without any charge. I did have to set up that account, and wait for the unit to be delivered to me which should take a couple of days. Once I get it then I can test it out for seven days, and if I like it, then I keep it and set up the rest of the account or excuse me activate the account, and if I do not enjoy the service, then I simply return the unit to them. Because I am an AT&T account holder the value for the home Internet is a significant savings, 20%.

    Avoid this AT&T at all costs!…read more After almost a month, the manager Humberto Ramirez, told me I had to come back and fix THEIR mistake or I'd be charged full price for my iPhone 17 after already trading in my iPhone 13. They forced me to drive an hour to the store, reverse the entire transaction, get my phone back, and redo everything with a new device... all because of THEIR error. When I arrived, Eric told me to "come back another day" because the manager had left early. This is after the manager, Alberto, had already been in contact with me multiple times about this "urgent matter" and knew I was coming. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Eric then pushed me to purchase iCloud, claiming scanning a QR code would take too long because "the wifi here is very slow". Meanwhile I had already been in the store for THREE HOURS. He explicitly promised my data would be backed up before any work was done. That was a lie. I lost ALL my photos, including my engagement pictures, completely irreplaceable. On top of that, my property was mishandled. Eric ripped off my $40 Belkin UltraGlass screen protector and slapped it onto another phone with zero care or professionalism. I've called multiple times asking for a replacement and have been completely ignored. This place is careless, unprofessional, and takes zero accountability when they make serious mistakes. They cost me irreplaceable memories and wasted hours of my time. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else. UPDATE 03-23-26 never received a callback from Humberto, so I had to drive to the AT&T store myself to request a refund. Humberto told me I would need to pay a $55 restocking fee and refused to waive it. He also declined to replace my screen protector despite the inconvenience caused. He mentioned he might have covered these under different circumstances, but not in my case. Thankfully, Ozzy stepped in, contacted customer service, and was able to secure a full refund for me. I really appreciate your help, Ozzy. Due to this experience, I decided to move my service over to T-Mobile.
