    I had to do a drop off at Spectrum, so I made a reservation to, hopefully, speed up the process. Arriving 30 minutes in advance of my reservation, there wasn't another customer in the building, and I was promptly helped by a young man with exceptional customer service. Dropping off the piece of equipment, the employee quickly recorded the transaction & handed me a receipt. Thankfully done in minutes, I quickly perused the latest phones & I was soon on my way. I'm a happy Spectrum Mobile customer ($14/month), and while internet outages suck when they happen, overall, Spectrum Internet has been satisfactory.

Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. I've already shared videos and stills with the neighborhood (as we are having coyote issues), and it was so quick and easy to do. A+++ experience all around! Thank you so much, David!

He was supposed to erase and remove my old phone from my "Find My Phone", but what does he do??? He erases and resets my current phone. The cloud hadn't backed up my phone for the past two weeks so everything that I had done for personal and work was now gone. He didn't even try to do some digging to see which phone was which. He just blindly assumed and randomly picked one of the phones that said iPhone (there were 4 different iPhones on the menu). After Nitesh erased my phone, he said "oh, that's weird...". No apology. Nothing. His co-worker walked in and was able to revive my phone, but again two weeks worth of work stuff and my kids videos/pictures from their baseball/basketball games... gone. Avoid Nitesh at all costs!

I walked in with a little anxiety because, let's be honest, phone store visits can sometimes mean long waits and frustration. To avoid that, I scheduled an appointment -- and I'm so glad I did. My husband and I were promptly assisted by Gabriel, and from start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. I came in with several issues to address regarding my Verizon bill, and Gabriel was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. His personality was warm and professional, and he never once made us feel rushed -- even though we had a LOT to accomplish. Within about an hour and a half, Gabriel helped us: * Clarify and align our Verizon bill * Purchase a new phone for my husband (his was broken) * Sign up for new TV service * Transfer our landline to another phone Everything was handled efficiently and seamlessly. It's rare to find customer service that feels both competent and genuinely kind -- Verizon truly has a gem in Gabriel. Five stars for Gabriel and five stars for the Verizon team at Cerritos Towne Center. We left feeling taken care of and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

    BAI Connect took my condo building's business, then refused to upgrade us…read more My condo building got fiber internet installed with BAI Connect instead of one of the big companies like Frontier or AT&T when it was built. However, BAI only put in wires for 300/300 up and down even though it is fiber. When I moved in, I connected with BAI over email in hopes they would come resolve this. I offered them a commitment from our HOA/residents for a certain amount of signups and would have happily advertised their services to the residents over other options like spectrum. And to their credit, they were responsive at first. They even sent a tech to our building to assess. However, after this tech came, I never heard from them again. Months passed and no response, even after I followed up multiple times. My building is now taken hostage by BAI because other fiber companies won't route fiber to our building since they are here, but they won't give us gig speeds. This harms our building's value and our resident's internet experience and options. Spectrum charges us more money because they don't have any competition. I would be happy to and will change this review if someone from BAI explains to me why they can't bring us to the modern age of fiber internet. Until then I feel sad that our building is being taken advantage of.

    BEWARE!!!!!!! This is a company that comes in and offers TV…read moreand phone service. They offered us Frontier and Direct TV Service. Their techs came out early and did an install On Direct TV. Frontier came out and could not do an install due to the fact we had an Alarm system. It would cost an additional 100.00 a month for this service over the price we were quoted. This is a 3rd party business, which offers these services. When we realized this service could not be done, we tried to cancel. We asked that Direct TV come in and uninstall their equipment. CornerStone said we had to cancel with Direct TV. We have tried with both Direct TV and Cornerstone. Its been over 2 weeks and still no resolution. I was on the phone with them today for 3 hours trying to resolve this . I was finally able to cancel the Direct TV portion. Cornerstone has left us with the the process we have to pay Spectrum to come out and reinstall their equipment. With the promotion they have offered it is now costing us money , due to the fact they could not perform their end of the contract. I have just asked to be made whole again. They offered to send a Tech out with the cost of 75.00 to me. Please Beware of any Business offerings this company has to offer. They will tell you that Direct TV was the ones that did an install. I found Out today it is Cornerstone Techs, NOT Direct TV Techs that come out to install. Run
