Look, mistakes happen and these are very nice people. This kind of mistake can easily happen, but this burned up an hour of my time and while they refunded the phone, I am out the time and the gas and the hassle. They seem pretty knowledgeable and try really hard to be good to work with, aside from that part. Their used phones are a bit more, but they are also generally in very nice condition also. Selection was arguably the best I found in about 5 stores today. They had a 4 star review going until then, but as it is, check them out.
