Boom in like under 20 Minutes I was walking out with my 2 boxes which didn't take me long to set up at home in my Living Room and Master Bedroom. Mom and Daughter can stream to their smart TV's through their Tablets or Phones. I was hoping LG Smart TV's had an App for DIRECTVstream ready to go but they don't yet kinda bummed about that but it has a workaround hence the 4 Stars. GCI was forcing us off their TIVO Cable platform in Potter Vally & Highlands by March 21 so after investigation of the channels and hearing bad things about Yukon TV I looked at SlingTV and Others but decided on DIRECTVstream. I could see that there were others waiting to get help who were there before me. no one approached me to ask if I needed anything, unlike gci , or apple, was there an easy way to get yourself in cue. For Christ sake even the inept dmv and my bank has a way to put yourself in cue. I had to be assertive and and interrupt an interaction to get myself. And the guy before me, in cue. The list of those in cue is out of sight of direct vision of the employees who have no way of knowing how far. Shins they are getting. I listened for 10 minutes while JASON talked 9mm caliber cartridges and politics with a customer. While the waiting list got longer. Seriously? I'd love to talk 9mm and hunting .,,,but I wouldn't do it at work in front of people needing service. Gimme a break. How unprofessional. If I were his boss this would have been his last day. I called their phone number twice to try to get a manager to come out and get Jason going in serving...not bullshitting. I watched another employee hang up,on me twice because they didn't want to take the call.. So I interjected. And explained... That I was the one calling to complain to whatever managerial,,,,if any...control there was over JASON She Called into the back and two more assistants came out to assist in the lineup. I might add. The dude in front of me got tired of waiting and left the store. You'd think in this economic competitive environment... That ATT would take a more serious stance on gaining. And KEEPING customers. Seriously though, these Verizon contractors are way better at fixing things than Verizon themselves. I talked with a Verizon rep for 5 hours online, trying to activate an e-SIM. They ultimately gave up on me. I came in here and it was fixed in 3 minutes. I had a 2 hour experience here trying to get a physical SIM. I had an iPhone 14 Pro Max...until Friday when someone connected to Alaska Airlines stole it from me at LAX. (how do I know? Because I was tracking the location via my laptop and Apple watch. I watched as my phone hung out in terminal 6 of LAX for hours while Alaska Airlines wouldn't let me go look for in...and eventually it ended up in Seattle, and then Kansas City...right on the Alaska Airlines schedule...) Since TSA and Alaska Airlines didn't care about anything I had to say, I went ahead and activated Applecare with theft and loss prevention. I was told by the store manager how great their wi fi routers were so we got two, one for each house. I hooked one up it was horrible. When I returned them the regional manager told me how bad they worked and how GCI was the only one that worked good in Anchorage. I was hoping to pick up my watch. They gave it to another customer, and said they would order me another. They never did. I had to go to the Dimind Center Mall to get a watch, I was there 3 days later than the promotion ran and as told they would still honor the promotion because the Tudor Verizon was full of incompetent people from the ground up who weren't capable of doing their job properly. The store employee and or regional Manager never refunded me for routers and now I'm dealing with that on my bill. NEVER use this store go to a real Verizon store. These people are horrible. The regional Manager is a rude individual who needs some schooling on customer service.

Expect to be off line several times a month. If you enjoy speaking with bored, dour customer service people with accent patois so deep you may need a translator at your side, then GCI is the way to bliss. In fairness, when service is miraculously up and running, it is pretty good. But one "aw crap" wipes the slate clean, remember? Expect many many aw craps if you decide to use their dubious and terribly spotty "service." I wouldn't and do not recommend this outfit for anyone. Find another way.
