Jeremy helped me out so much. My phone was frozen stuck there was no way for it to work and I brought it into AT&T. Jeremy immediately came to help me. He was able to fix my phone in less than 1 minute. He's a great guy and a hard worker definitely deserves a raise for getting it fixed so fast. read more

The service was horrible was on the phone with one of them before I stepped in, who was very rude and unprofessional over the phone as soon as I had come into the store, I've spoken to the same individual who is even more rude in person and obnoxious, and was quite a pig on their attitude will not shop with the store, and I am considering changing carriers due to the poor lack of customer service. read more

Walked in here on a whim this evening to take care of some cell phone business and Tathym was wonderful. She greeted us at the door, we briefly mentioned what we needed to do and our dilemma and she quickly had an answer for us. We had friendly chit chat while she was doing what needed to be done to help us... A mere ten or so minutes later we were done and out the door. This was the first time in the ER store and we were definitely pleased with the service!! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a phone outright and then returned it to get receive the promotion that was running, at the advisement of the the store representatives. It has been six weeks and I have not received the $1100 funds back. I've spent hours dealing with the people in the store, and on the phone with customer service to no avail. While the people in the store have been pleasant enough to deal with, I am severely disappointed with the lack of follow of up and follow through on this issue. I've been told it would be escalated multiple times and still have yet to be contacted or provided an update from management despite multiple requests. Walked into store and ask the question who helped a young lady with two kids recently. Ronnie and Waylon both responded that they did. I asked who the manager was and Ronnie replied that he was, so I asked him if he always treats customers that badly. He yelled at me to get the F$@k out his store. I stayed calm and wanted to further ask him more questions and he was just as rude the whole time and almost daring me to get as obnoxious as he was. Ronnie was really rude and belligerent towards my daughter in-law. In fact when they got home, my grand kids told that these two men were yelling at mommy. Ronnie is lucky to be employed, let alone the store manager. Most unprofessional pos to work for a customer service organization that I have ever encountered. I somewhat stumbled into the AT&T Store in Eagle River, Alaska with a bag full of electronics and lots of questions. The store was fairly busy for a store opening five minutes earlier. I was greeted with smiles and a chorus of cheerful Good Mornings from the staff and perhaps form a customer or two. Sales Associate Michael Kubly was finishing with a customer and He informed me that I would be next. As I looked around the store I was greeted by Ronnie, the store manager. Ronnie is professionally friendly and He ensured that I had been greeted and that I was going to be assisted. Michael finished with the previous customer and then turned his attention to me and my questions. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and he quickly answered my questions and addressed my needs. I was more than satisfied with my encounter. Later that week I returned to the Eagle River AT&T Store with a different issue. I was greeted by Ronnie and he listened to my requirements. Ronnie and Vivian worked tirelessly for quite some time to solve my Problem. I am extremely happy with my dealings at the Eagle River AT&T Store. So there is another AT&T store dow the street on Eagle River Road and this one is on Business Boulevard. I didnt go to the other one given the two yelpers who equally rated it one star (OMG it has to be bad). So I went to this one. Very friendly people and, it was a smaller store, she went out of her way to go in the back and show me the phone I had requested. The reason I was there in the first place was because my iPhone screen cracked and I was looking to get a new phone all together (I am a Blackberry person, not an apple person really). She took me over to the counter and let me know that the earliest I could upgrade was June 1st. Really is was June 3rd, but if policy didnt change I could do it two days earlier. How awesome! Whats even more awesome was that she gave me a free clear coat on my phone to keep my screen together until June. That was very thoughtful that she went out of her way to do that. Even though it was for a iPhone 4, she cut the top of it off so I could still hear. haha! I definately suggest coming here if you want good service and friendly service. When you are running away from the other store, run to this one (referencing Victoria's review)!!! read more

The staff here are always nice. I have never left without my question answered. They have always been super helpful and gone above and beyond to help. Even waiting in line isn't hard because I know I'll get great service once they are done. They have everything any other at&t store would. read more

Awful experience with Ronnie. Possibly the rudest and most unprofessional customer service experience (if you can call it "service") EVER. Was having trouble with no internet access when away from home/work WI-FI. First I called AT&T customer service. Was on hold for 30 minutes and then got a tech support person who had me trying all sorts of complicated things that didn't resolve the problem. The tech support person was very sweet and tried to be helpful but since she could not resolve it, suggested I visit a local store and ask an AT&T employee to take a physical look at the phone's settings. I went into the Eagle River store. There was one customer and three staff in the store. Ronnie was the one behind the counter. He had a pissy, bored and unfriendly expression on his face as I approached. I said hello and explained the above scenario. He barked out "phone number" and started tapping into his tablet, trying to get into my account. I explained that I had already used up my entire lunch hour with the whole "looking at my account" with Tech Support (account is current, I have data and minutes, etc.) and just needed him to physically look at the cell's settings. He was hunkered down behind his desk with a hostile attitude, refusing to look up from his tablet or do anything to help a customer in need. I explained again that I just needed someone with some tech skills to poke around in the phone's basic settings and see if something was messed up, and if he were not a techie person, that was okay, I would go to another store (as I have been able to get this same type of help from the Tikahtnu AT&T with previous tech stuff a few years ago), but if he was a tech person, great, could he please look at my phone. He continued to refuse to even look at the phone and said "you can go to another store" - in the most dismissive, hostile, rude and completely unprofessional manner he could muster. I then turned to the Tikahtnu, Anchorage AT&T, where staff were rightfully appalled by my experience at the Eagle River store, apologized on behalf of AT&T, and got me the tech help I needed. That tech help took all of FIVE MINUTES and was a ridiculously simple problem to resolve. Side note: This Eagle River store is what's known as "an authorized dealer" but is not an official AT&T branch. Hence possibly the complete lack of good customer service that AT&T typically provides in other locations. I will be trading up my cell and other family member's cell phones soon to new models, and we'll definitely NOT be doing it at the Eagle River store. read more
