One stereo speaker would be odd so I went to find someone who knew if there was a second speaker and where it might be. At the front of the store there were three manager types having some kind of impromptu employee meeting. I stood to one side politely waiting for them to finish their conversation. When they completed talking with each other and were obviously through, I approached and said, "pardon me do..." at which point they all three walked off in three different directions completely ignoring me as though I were invisible. Manager types. No wonder service is so piss poor. Well I didn't get my speakers, I spoke with a cashier as I was leaving but she gave me a song and dance and was no real help. I found AK Cell repair open- working in a cold office - after only recently getting power back to there shop as much of the valley is still without electrical power. I walked in with a dead phone- and out with one that was alive and functioning. They offer practical, price conscious solutions and options other then "you need a new phone" which is often the big box store solution. Prior to going over there in the windstorm I called to see if they would even be open at a time when many businesses are closed due to the weather. Their reply, "We will be here, as long as the power stays on." With out reservation I reccomend them to care for your phone which may have sustained trauma and may be on lifesupport at a time when you don't need an expensive new phone to pay for becuase your are trying to figure out how to pay for the repair to your roof that is flying down the street, or how to pay to get your pipes thawed out. While this business seems to move a lot of volume, they are one of the most dishonest,…read moredisingenuous vendors I've ever dealt with. My experience of buying a product that arrived other than described (one I am apparently not alone in if the eBay forums are any indication) was only made worse by their customer "service". A wolf in sheep's clothing, they spoke very professionally and cordially, while stalling and not actually fixing the problem, waiting until the deadline for me to return the item had passed. I bought a Blackberry from them and was exquisitely, annoyingly clear about the specifications I needed. They said "no problem". When the phone arrived without those specifications, they made me jump through some hoops before acknowledging the phone wasn't the correct version. They offered to replace it, but I had to mail it back at my expense, which they said they'd reimburse. The 2nd phone arrived, slightly different and closer to what Id asked for, but still unable to perform the task I'd asked of them (a phone that would get 3G speeds on T-Mobile's network, meaning not an ATT phone). They continued to insist it was the right phone and would work properly and made me jump through more hoops, checking various settings. All the while they promised to make it right. Once I got frustrated enough and told them I just wanted my money back, they told me the return deadline had passed and there was "nothing" they could do. They also have not reimbursed me for my shipping costs, despite numerous requests. I complained to eBay, who told me I'm not the first customer to have problems with wireovia. I thought I should spread the word. Do not buy from this company. You might get lucky and not have any problems, but why chance it when there are plenty of other, reputable sellers.
