It does make a difference when someone openly asks you what they can help you with. The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. Overall amazing customer service, and I appreciate how they all work together. Thank you to the team at Buckle for being some amazing workers!

The attendant for the self checkout area was helpful and came over to help me cancel out a duplicate swipe before I even needed to flag her down. I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. My biggest qualm is the check-out, the set up for checking out isn't very workable if you are buying more than one or two things. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff. Knocked a star for them not offering to help my pregnant employee out with her entire (large and heavy) purchase.

They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.

Their clothes, shoes, and accessories are definitely made with quality materials. They have the biggest selection of women's plus-size clothing here in Anchorage, but still not a wide enough selection for me. I always found it weird that Torrids bra sizes aren't very plus at all. DDD is the largest cup size they carry. Although they do carry band sizes up to 50. Torrid is nice, when on rare occasion, I run out of time to place an online order and need to run to the mall to find something really fast.

I've worked in retail so I get that asking is part of your job, but as soon as a customer says "no", stop. Just stop. Fast forward a few years and I go to look for a bra again. Nordstrom is my store of choice for bra shopping since they have the widest selection and best quality, but of course the price tag reflects that. Apparently, despite being a plus-size store, the largest cup size they carry is DDD. I asked one if the employees if maybe they had my size since I couldn't find it. And you know what she does instead of helping me find the bra like she should have done? She looks at me in disbelief and says that's no way that's my bra size. REALLY? Why would I lie about my size when I'm shopping for clothing? Just to prove her wrong I had an employee do an amateur size measuring on me, which confirmed I was in fact the size I said I was. I felt vindicated after that and decided to leave without buying anything. So now the only reason I go to this Torrid is if I place an online order since you get free shipping if you have your order shipped to a store for pickup. Here's a tip Torrid: don't accuse your customers of lying about their size and just don't harass them in general. You should be lucky you've gotten any money from me at all after that BS.
