She kept tell me that the phone was working, and I kept trying to tell her that the phone was not working. She proceeded to talk over me when I was trying to explain to her. That the phone only works when I am where there is Internet service. She kept telling me that the wifi was off and the phone worked and then . I told her it didn't work. Walked away from me and that was it one of her workers ended up talking to me and we figured out that the phone was not any good anymore and I needed a new phone . since Valerie was so rude . I am now switching services to another phone company. The other Miss Gonzalez and I'm not sure of the other girl's name that helped me out( she had glasses she was very kind .) Maybe they can help Valerie with her customer care. I give them 2 stars only because I now am paying for services elsewhere. Bye T-Mobile hope Valerie doesn't make yall lose other customers.

Guy said he'd install it since they offer the service for free. Before the new battery the battery was dying on us and was supposed to be replaced long ago. The new one would not start unless he jumped it. Tried to start it again with just the battery, still wouldn't start. We went back in to receive a core refund for our old one. Went back out and we got a jump to go home. Mid backing up the car completely turned off on us. Came back out and gave us a jump. Hooked up the machine and told us we'd need a new alternator. He tried to sell us one inside but I told him our mechanic replaced the part not even 6 months ago and it was under warranty. He asked if I trusted my mechanic and I said yes. We left. He told us we'd have to drive back through small streets with our headlights off since the lights drain the battery so much. We drove it home and it was already dark. Had my mechanic come out and he said someone tampered with the alternator and he showed me, it looked like it had been smashed in and some pieces had been broken off. You could also see greasy fingerprints all around it. He then showed me that the battery was not even properly connected. Said he wouldn't be surprised if the battery gave out a few months later from being put in improperly and driving it that way. He fixed the battery connection and replaced the alternator that was still under warranty for no charge. Never trusting another O'Reillys again. Shady people.

They offer an outstanding vision plan of glasses and eye exam every two years. I generally make sure I get my renewal done in time, but with remote work and all, I postponed it. I have been working remote from my Austin bunker. I found out that my insurance covers out of state vision works and seeing as I really needed an update, I made an appointment. The Mueller office is awesome. The eye doctor is next door which makes it convenient. See my separate review on eye masters. Any ways, I went in last week to get new glasses. I finally opted with the progressive lenses... yes I am getting old. The service provider was outstanding. We needed to figure out my insurance since NY and TX. He was so patient and got it done. In the end I got a great deal on new prescriptions and progressive lenses. I just picked them up today only a week later after my follow up with Dr. Maybury next door. Was so convenient. The glasses are great. Will take some time to adjust to the progressive lenses as I see online. They were very helpful and I am so excited to have a Doctor of Optometry and a lens associate next door. Vision works is the best in my humble opinion.

Parking is more than difficult and near impossible at the holidays! I used to shop here back in the day but, they lost me when they started carrying weird stuff that they thought was trendy but, wasn't workable in an outfit perspective to the average non-club going person. Now they have come back to their roots, thankfully. They were having a buy one get one 50% off sale so, of course I had to stop in. To my surprise they have shiny things paired with tutu's, sweaters, t's, those colored pants we all love so much, jewelry, discount shoes, purses, etc. A little difficult to find someone to let you into the dressing room but, hey what can you expect. They also have a men's section but, as you would imagine it's much smaller than the women's section. The jacket selection was fantastic; everything from fake fur fluffy to regular winter jackets. A huge amount of sale racks at the back left of the store means you will have to dig but, you must hunt and put in some elbow grease to find a good deal. Also, be prepared to find most sizes sold out and an over abundance of the other sizes.
