They had to ship in the part in cuz I have a less common phone, but it arrived next day! (other companies I got quotes from said 3-4 days before it would even arrive). They wanted a $20 deposit for the part order that I was able to pay online. The part arrived next day, and I brought in my phone. It only took 45 min to replace my screen and get me on my way. I came back 4 hours later and they said the battery looked fine so they didn't know what was wrong but they were still running diagnostics. I drove back to the business 15 mins before closing at 6:45pm, and the girl tells me she's sorry she forgot to call me and admits she still doesn't know whats wrong with my phone, but says if I want to try a new battery it will take three days to order a new one! I said forget it, and took my phone home. Next day I took my phone to a more reputable and long-term business in Bastrop called "Computer Literate" and the guy said no problem, just give him one hour. I came back later, my phone was fixed, it only needed a new battery, which he keeps in stock (unlike the other place), and it cost me $50. I will never go another place besides Computer Literate again, learned my lesson. In addition, Computer Literate is a small local business, not a chain like Phone Clinic.

The kid Geronimo that works there is rude and has no clue what he's doing. Do not take your equipment there. No one knows what they're doing. They'll send it back broken or they'll send it back completely ruined to the point where they have to buy you a new one. I would like to speak to the manager, but Geronimo doesn't pass the messages on to the manager.
