The manager said they call him," the shark"., because of his sales..Matt told me we have a promotion for January of $600 off the price. Bring the old phone in after Jan and we will take the $600 off..after the 1st payment. So I went there today said I was going to pay off the balance. They said I would lose my promotion..I didn't understand. After we chatted back and forth, I grabbed my purse and told Matt he was a good salesman..The manager said to me," You should leave" now...How rude!! Went to my truck to tell my husband. He went in there to speak to them, and she said she was calling the police.. Matt told my husband, you leave little boy!! I will be telling people I know, and will not patronize that store ever! I was not told the truth of the sale..I will be calling the Verizon company, also the State Attorney General on their practices..This old gal is not happy with the service!!
