My son picked out his phone, Trevor ported his phone number to cricket service and he tallied our bill. After completing the transaction, Trevor realized he did not ring up the free phone because he was talking too much-those were his own words. He did not know how to correct this mistake so he texted the manager. She did not get back with him but he told her what he did and instructed us to come back the next day to get the free phone. Well, my son went in the next day and Courtney, the manager said she cannot give him the phone because it had to be done when the phone was switched over. I called Courtney and explained it was the employee's mistake and that she should fix it. She told me she can't. I asked to speak to a regional manager and she said she would give her my information. That was 6 days ago. I hope all of their customer service isn't like this.
