Saw the same one (GE) at Home Depot that I was intending on purchasing at Best Buy. At Best Buy the machine $849. Home Depot is running an appliance sale depending on what you spend. On this they were offering $50 off. Though their initial price is higher at $879. I asked if Best Buy would meet the end price of $829 which would just be $20 less for Best Buy (I was also buying the pedestal.... An additional $250) they would not come down the $20 and let us walk out and lost the sale. Funny thing I was looking at a coffee maker I probably would've purchased as well. I ended up going back to Home Depot and purchased the washing machine and pedestal. I I will say that the sales help were very nice at Best Buy on the positive note. However the gentleman I was told was a manager let me leave the store over $20.

The customer service girl was not able to answer a simple question but relied on a store script that was not relevant to the question. Tried three different times to explain the issue and she spoke it back WRONG all three times. There was a time when Best Buy was my go to. Now, it is the court of last resort.

I'm genuinely confused about how this T‑Mobile location is still operating. During my first visit,…read morethe only Spanish‑speaking employee seemed to be in a rush for his break and did not bother to assist my mother. I had to translate for her, and thankfully another gentleman stepped in and helped us. He apologized for the inconvenience, processed our internet box return, and explained how to cancel our home internet through customer service. The entire interaction took less than ten minutes; ten minutes the first employee could have easily spared before going on break. Had I been working there, I would have helped. Customer service later informed us that we needed a 6-15‑digit PIN, which we were never given or informed about. So, I went back. When I told one of the workers that customer service wanted to speak with them directly to bypass the PIN and cancel the service, he acted unprofessionally, more focused on finding his AirPods than helping. He insisted the conversation had to be "private," which I've never experienced at any phone company and honestly found strange. He then suggested changing the PIN instead, claiming it would take effect immediately; it didn't. Customer service asked me to go back inside again (third time) so they could speak with the employee directly, just like they originally requested. At this point, it was clear he simply didn't want to do his job. The attitude and lack of professionalism from the employees at this location are unacceptable. I've also witnessed other customers expressing frustration because staff were not transparent about what they were signing up for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this T‑Mobile location to anyone.
