Jason met with us after our initial contact to go over all of our thoughts, ideas, and plans and assisted us in selecting the televisions which would best serve our purposes and helped us determine the best audio system to use for our home. He provided us with well informed options: brands, price ranges, and sizes. He also assisted us in setting up our 2 story home, including a patio, with a sound system which provides numerous choices of music. The audio system he installed can be operated with a room by room selection feature and a volume system which can also be adjusted per room. The system he installed is extremely simple and user friendly. He and Chris Hooper, who also worked to set up our home system, were very communicative, punctual, efficient, professional, and extremely pleasant. They showed patience and kindness when "educating " us on how to use our new system and remote controls, including coming back to our home after the installation was complete to help us when we struggled with adjusting to our new system and our new internet provider. When the WiFi passwords in our house were changed we called months after our installations to ask for Jason's guidance on how to change the sound system password. Jason took the call and offered to come over and reconnect it for us. We found Jason and the team at Audio Visual Professionals to be a top notch company with a staff of people who went the extra mile to personalize their customer service and who always made us feel confident that we could rely on them to take care of any technical needs in the future.

They did superb with pre wiring as well had providing and setting up equipment. They tuned out rooms to perfection no matter what house we had. Their service after installation is equally awesome. As for houses that were not new builds, they were creative and solution oriented and there was nothing we could throw at them that they could not provide a great solution for. Mr Ambrosic was to install an AV system and lighting control in some rooms. He seemed unable to work at the house more than a couple hours in a row. Seven times he told us he would be coming to the house and he did not show up. Very frustrating. By February he still had not finished so my attorney suggested that I set a end date of 2/25/22. Mr Ambrosic did not meet that deadline. By August of 2022 it was obvious he was not going to finish nor did he seem motivated to finish. The first 2 weeks of August he was at the house 1 time. We had to drop him and pay another company to finish the job. You have been warned.
