I'm 5 ft 10 and have a chest so unless you're xs or small there is almost nothing for anyone over a size 8 to try on. I drove 20 miles out of my way to go here because I needed a dress for an event. Even though some things are cute, the customer service and lack of sizes are the reason I will never return.

The lady was helpful with out being intrusive or chasing you around the store. It also backs up to the Waterfront so its right there on Bay Street. I can imagine it being busy in the summer but today was a perfect day to browse around and to pick up some cool stuff to wear. So if you are here for the day as I was pop in and you will be surprised at what you can pick up here. They also have clothing for all age groups not just older, your teen would love some of the jewelry pieces.

She took the time to check the wind speeds for the next day, so we wouldn't be scheduling a trip during inclement weather. Once we arrived, the ladies working were extremely friendly and they gave us ample time to check out their merchandise before our adventure started. The kayaks and paddles were in good condition. There are several different routes you can take, a 2 and a 4 mile loop were suggested to us. All the routes will take you past the downtown swing bridge. I would suggest going with the tide either going out or coming back (unless you enjoy paddling the entire time). They also sell kayaks and equipment. They told me that before I purchased a kayak or Hobie fishing kayak, that I could test them in the river. They want you to be happy with your purchase. I will definitely be supporting this business in the future.

Aside from coasters, napkins, clothes, trinkets, jewelry, books, and home decor, they have a nice selection of greeting cards, so much better than the predictable AG or Hallmark offerings. The fact that my husband stayed with me for more than 15 minutes is a testament to the interesting and quality products found at Lulu's.

Considering the mobs lately at the newer stores, the shopping experience here is low key and much more relaxing. They often have some great offerings in their home section. Quality brands and great pricing. The women's clothing section is just OK. They also have a children's, men's, pet, and shoe department. I can't comment as I have not shopped those areas. For excessive wait times, this is why customers have gone the route of using online retailers. No one wants to go to a discount retailer to then be faced with a 30 minute line. There is a lot of good for the TJ Maxx brand but overall customer service needs improvement.
