Last fall, an employee upgraded half the phones on our account and changed our billing plan without telling us he did it! We had gone in to only add two lines to our account, and did not want any other changes. This spring, the manager of the store insisted these things do not happen under his new leadership. Yet again, our bill had surprises! One example was that our phone insurance was canceled on the only line that wanted it, and then they added the insurance to our new line. The rate is also $10/month higher, the person who wanted the insurance doesn't have it listed on his line anymore, and a call to the corporate office confirmed that the salesperson received a sales incentive for making the change. Additionally, the manager himself told me we were overpaying on our bill by over $80/month, and that I should let him change the phone plan on all our lines. I smelled a rat and called corporate to ask about our lines. There I learned that his way I could "save money" was to downgrade all the lines, lose our mobile hot spots and reduce the data plans to nearly nothing. Worse, the change would've also reduced my teacher discount from 25% to 15%, diminishing the supposed "savings." Save yourselves time and money- just call the 800# where the staff knows more and will be far more honest.

And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

The store I USE to go to was closed and this young man was there for us, not only did he walk us through the whole policy, but he got us a great discount and more features that the other store decided not to even mention we had or could get. I'm not the smartest man in Kokomo, but I'm smart enough not to ever go back to the corporate store that treats you like a number and takes all your money with no rewards. The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.
