They think noting of telling you an arrival time and then change it to the next day. So, don't count on them if you need something right away. I think shoppers must "claim" your order and several others, so delivery takes a long time. I will not renew my subscription. The one is for the second to last order. It is okay if you never need to return anything. I will do pickup instead.

It was a donation from the Benioff's to DOE and it takes a ton of work to do the requests. I tried to pick it up at the store. I live an hour and 10 minutes away. Order cancelled because, although the website said it was there, it wasn't, so the system cancels but did not notify anyone at Donor's Choose or me. THIS HAPPENED FOUR TIMES, FOUR DRIVES TO KONA AT $40 A POP. I spoke with two floor and one customer service manager and those ding dongs absolutely would not hold the PAID FOR TV until I came to get it because I had already spent $160 of my money, not my school's to pick it up. They just could not figure it out, It took me over an hour to get a store manager to agree to keep his eye out and then put it in his office so it wouldn't get sold. That never happened. It was in the back with all of the other stuff in the back. Luckily, I came back the next day, so $200 in gas. Such a ghetto organization. Shameful how poor the customer service is. It is so embarrasing because people from other places that understand how customer service works come to Kona and get to experience how stupid people are..... And another thing- I never buy food at Target because it is always expired. I happened to pick up a bag of popcorn on sale because I was hungry- Expired again and I didn't notice until half the bag was gone. Target, you should replace your managers and service people. Ashley took it apart and they showed me where there was still salt water inside my phone and where it was starting to rust the metal. They dried the phone thoroughly then replaced the screen. I brought it to Jack click and listen to my conversation as to what had happened and what I thought might be wrong they said they would evaluated and call me back in a few hours, it was already three in the afternoon when I brought it to the shop. They called me the next morning and told me what they thought was wrong as we were going to go forward with fixing it.
