I had the dealership order a new battery for my car, 4-5 day delivery turned into three weeks , ending up where they ordered the wrong battery. I returned the wrong battery to them and asked for a full refund only to be told that because it was a special order, they couldn't refund me. I pointed out. They ordered the wrong battery and I'm not gonna wait three weeks for a new one, finally they allowed the return. Needless to say I won't be going to them for any parts in the future.
