I once tried to fix a water pump issue in my car myself but couldn't do it. I had the car towed to Jay's and gave him a box full of random car parts, nuts, bolts, etc. The next day he was able to put everything back together and the car ran perfect. Uncle Ed is a great mechanic for many different brands of cars. Our car, Goldilocks, is a 20 year…read moreold veteran of the day~to~day cross~country lifestyle. It's protected two generations of families and now it's on its third. Of course, over the years Goldilocks has had its adventures with a few wear and tear scars. When our Ohana adopted Goldilocks, we really didn't know where to take our car for repairs. I asked dozens of mechanic shops around town and because of Goldilocks make, model, and year, no~one wanted (or had the right tools) to work on the car. Word-of-mouth lead me to Uncle Ed. After speaking with him on the phone for a few minutes, I knew I found the right man for the job to restore our car back to road worthy conditions. Uncle Ed and his assistant are good ole' honest mechanics that give me a straightforward answer each time I have a problem or question about Goldilocks health. We still have a few more things to address with the car and a couple of preventative issues to fix. Luckily, Uncle Ed knows his stuff and has a good game plan ahead for Goldilocks, allowing me and my Ohana the peace of mind of knowing our car still has a long future ahead with many more miles of adventures.
