I have mostly been happy with the final products, which really isn't a reflection of Beach Sales per se (but rather, Electrolux, Kitchenaid, etc.). I had one somewhat negative experience after a delivery person dropped stove pieces outside of my home and tried to deliver without comment (I witnessed). It took an unnecessary amount of discussion with folks back at the store to come up with a repair plan. But ultimately they helped to re-send replacement cast iron parts for what had been dropped and damaged. Most recently, I have grown very frustrated with trying to access the 50% rebate on an unused five-year warranty. I feel that I was misled. It's come to my attention that the "50% back" is actually just for Beach Sales purchases, and it's not a refund check as it had seemed. Not only that, there are many many hoops to jump through. Even after jumping through all the hoops and gathering all the old documents from five years ago AND following the guidelines, I am still waiting six months later with no rebate. No coupon nor check. While the extra five-year warranty sounds like a good idea, don't count on the 50% back rebate. And be sure to ask questions.

The set-up inside is not the best because the way they set things up is not the best use of their small space. There's a private parking space so you're good with parking. It's on a quieter street so not much traffic but during the summers, since it's adjacent to the beach, it gets quite backed up. It's a little expensive in my opinion, especially for used games and movies. That's my only gripe really. Everything else was fine.

After going through their ridiculous return system and waiting 2 hours for my appointment, the rude Apple "Genius" told me warranty is one year on all products BUT they could fix it for $160...for a keyboard that cost $200. A $20 third party keyboard would last decades but Apple can't make a keyboard that lasts longer than a couple of years. Apple used to be the best customer service and there was a time they'd be embarrassed to have produced poor products, but they've become a complete joke. Quality of their hardware is in the toilet and customer service is even worse. Apple has stopped caring about quality and its customers.

Best Buy has started to charge a fee for $100 even when it is the computer that has some serious keyboard defects. So that was less cool. Be aware- The roundabout to get to the Best Buy is a nightmare of traffic. It took me 45 minutes to get out of the roundabout. Overall, smaller size store with professional and dedicated staff.

I eventually refused the entire delivery, only to be told a refund could take up to 10 days. Best Buy failed to honor their agreement and allowed a contractor to exploit the situation. I will never buy so much as a roll of tape from them again. Avoid their appliance delivery and installation services at all costs.
