    My response back to Astound:…read more I made over 7 attempts to have by quote fixed to no avail. Astound kept increasing the price from $177 to $208. So happy I am not a customer. I saw their true colors on how they didn't care and they didn't want to fix the issue. Also, ASTOUND kept saying they don't have this information on the quote. I sent their own email to them 3 times with no resolution. I believe all the bad reviews on this and other websites. ASTOUND is merging with another company if you haven't heard. ASTOUND has 3 emails from me so they have the documentation. I asked to speak to a manager and they said 24 to 48 hours wait. I have notified the Better Business Bureau as well as the Secretary of State Office in Massachusetts with complaints about their deceptive sales practices and fraud. I was quoted one price and called to get it corrected and they didn't honor the price. I was quoted a price of $177 and when I called customer service they said price was $208. in addition, they didn't believe me as the customer even though I have a receipt of the amount. Customer Service said we see $0 dollars in our system since you haven't received your bill. How can Astound expect people to accept a service without a quote. I was quoted 4 free cable boxes and remotes and that wasn't honored. Overall, the worst experience ever and happy I am not going to be a customer. Clearly, they don't care about the customer and don't know how to provide sales quotes. Don't believe their sales since they will charge you a separate price. Be aware, you are not locked in for 5 years on the price. That is only internet, so be prepared for large increases. DONT TRUST ASTOUND SALES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE ABOUT PRICING AND SERVICES.

I wondered in with no appointment just frustration that I could even do a reset. There was a lovely lady that quickly asked if I needed any help. Her name was Deb and had just started at the store 3 days ago. In a minute she had my iPhone up and running. She took all the stress I was experiencing and relieved it in no time. This review is about Apple as a company. I've been a loyal Apple customer for over 15 years, across multiple devices and services. Recently, my 7-year-old child made several subscription purchases on my account in excess of $500. Apple denied a refund, strictly citing terms and conditions. While I understand that I am responsible for managing my child's access, and I have since addressed that, I find Apple's refusal to show any flexibility in this situation unacceptable, especially given the age of the child and my long-standing loyalty as a customer. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Apple. As a result, I will be pursuing alternative companies and services and significantly reducing, if not completely ending my use of Apple products moving forward. Very disappointing from a company that claims to prioritize the customer experience.

The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

I ended up using them since they were convenient. The part was in the next day and they had the battery replaced quickly (laptop was available for pickup in less than a couple hours).
