A little more time there and its a little bit more clear, good sales, okay customer service. They're help me plenty of times but their lack of "nerds" is disheartening. I'm a lame and will read article upon article on what I'm into. So when I go to a phone store, I expect them to know at least as much as I do. The sad truth is that most of them know more about sales than technology. Where there is some saving grace is they they care, or most do. Bill paying is easy, phone upgrades are easy if you know what you want, and you're treated as gold if you're a new customer. Parking? Easy. Price? Standardized. Music? Really? Lol

Located inside the superior supermarket by the west side entrance/ exit. You can't miss it as it's bright and has plenty of signage. I approached the counter and was greeted by the rep. I advised her of my problem and she quickly gave me a repair quote. I admit the price was higher than I had paid for this repair on another phone in the past but, the convenience overshadowed the price. I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great. This place is convenient, has friendly service and does prompt repairs.
